Swapped to Lilydale Medical Centre Pharmacy almost a year ago when a local chemist overcharged me multiple times.
Since signing up for prescriptions with the Pharmacy, they have been amazing. No issues with scripts, statements or payments.
Mina has been amazing. Any changes to scripts or need more medications, I just call or email him and they are done. Recently helped out with a script in another part of Victoria when I left some medications behind. Absolutely no issues with the Pharmacy and Mina went beyond helping me to make sure we got the medication for my mum.
All the staff I have spoken to are amazing. Very easy to work with and go beyond helping me.

I've been coming here regularly for over seven years and I can't rate it highly enough. Mina has fantastic attention to detail and remembers all his customers and their specific needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of.

Over the years I've been to many pharmacy's due to long term health issues. Without a doubt this is the best pharmacy I've ever been to and for the past 3 years have not gone anywhere else - not only are all the staff extremely friendly but the pharmacist's are very knowledgeable regarding medications and how they could interact with medications you are already taking. No matter how busy they are they are willing to give you their time and even print out medication info so you can understand what to expect. This family owned and operated pharmacy has seen myself and my family through so much, not sure what we would have done without their support and kindness, plus its great to support local businesses!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years. Mina and staff are friendly, professional & provide an excellent level of service. I now require my scripts to be delivered, which they offer 3 times a week. Nothing is too difficult for the staff to help you with.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now and I love that they can provide excellent family-friendly service. Being able to establish a great relationship with the staff and especially the pharmacist Mina makes me feel very comfortable to bring my children. The pharmacist is super knowledgeable and always comes out to help or even just come and have a chat. Fantastic staff and pharmacy. It’s not often you find such a friendly welcoming customer focused business. You know you’re a priority coming to this pharmacy. Will continue to be getting all my meds for my self and children from here !

I dropped into this Pharmacy a few months ago now, as it was on my way home. I had a prescription for a new medication I was taking. Mina the Pharmacist didn't have it in stock at the time, but assured me he could order it in next day and have it delivered to my home. He also explained to me that it was something that is ordered in, but he'd be happy to regularly order it for me, so I could always have it available to me. As the medication is costly, he told me he'd always try to do the best price he could for me. After having such a wonderful first experience with this Pharmacy I knew I would always be coming back. All the staff provide excellent customer service, are always friendly and provide the best advice they can. The Pharmacists also give you time and answer any questions you have. This is a great community Pharmacy team who actually care about their customers, you can tell. I won't go anywhere else now.

My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for years.
Mina and his team are a helpful and amazingly knowledgeable crew.
They go out of their way to help and it’s not uncommon for Mina or one of his pharmacist’s, who will come out and speak to you personally, one on one.
If they don’t have a product in stock they can usually get it next day, unless it is an Australia wide out of stock issue.
I want to congratulate Mina and all of his team for their dedication.
In fact today I have had to ask for a home delivery because I have covid and in isolation and it was no trouble at all for the team to organise this for me.
Thanks to all of the team at LMC pharmacy for making a difference and being a true pharmacy not just a corporate big box transactional chemist.

I walked into this pharmacy today to get my script filled. I was met with a smile, i didn’t have to wait too long and the pharmacist Mina came out and had a chat with me. Great service, highly recommend this pharmacy.

Despite the fact I have another 8-10 pharmacies where I live, those never stock my medication and I keep finding it at LMC Pharmacy. A friend was also looking for a prescription medicine she couldn’t find anywhere else, and LMC Pharmacy had some left.

I would like to share my experience with one of the best local pharmacists at LMC pharmacy. I had a back pain for few weeks spent money on meds and physio before I saw Mina Michael. He advised me to buy Scholl orthaheel workforce orthotic insole which fixed all my back problems in two days with no medication. Thanks Mina for your great advice and your pfoessional friendly help.
