BIG W Lilydale

I justed wanted to say how amazing Sandra is. Everytime we go to Big W lilydale and I look for something, she comes up to us wanting to know if we need any help finding things. We don't get that service from anywhere else and I wish more people were so helpful and have more customer service with a smile as we always get with Sandra. She is truly a gem and we keep coming back because of her helpful and gorgeous personality.

Loved shopping here it has everything for everyone at really good prices just need a couple of bits for my stay in Australia got what I was looking for and a bit more

CALLAN and BETHANY were outstanding last week while handling my somewhat convoluted and unique requests with the purchase of a mobile phone. I wasn't in the best mood, and became quite patronising. Both Callan and Bethany handled every element of it SUPERBLY! They calmly kept the inquiry on track, whilst being extremely professional and accommodating. Additionally, Callan brought the price of the phone down significantly! I walked away very humbled by their faultless professionalism. This pair know precisely how to handle difficult customers: with inclusion, and a drive to politely resolving issues. Well done - and a huge thank-you to them both! I hope their management will reward them generously for their show of brilliance.

Great store, Please keep stocking 1964 Denim Company Staight leg Jeans. I have found all 1964 DC mens clothing to be of hi standand. Merry Christmas BIG W team & all.

I like to go here better than Kmart, the clothing that I purchased l feel is better quality, staff are very helpful. And the way the MarketPlace Lilydale or whatever it is called is better than any huge place. It has everything that you might need and then some.

This is a great place to shop easy to find products and if you cant find something the staff are happy to help looks tidy and organised

This place saved my life. I brought a $10 phone case from here accidentally threw my phone off a bridge and it survived without a scratch. I would die for this place.

Big w in lillydale is a great place to shop. It's is on the outer areas of Melbourne, so it's has lots of things on clearance and also has plenty of stock. Click and collect services have helped rush items when needed. Staff are friendly and always there to help with self-service. Keep an eye out for yellow labels 🏷 💛 ... save heaps shopping at this big w. Thank you for always a great experience 😄

One of the best stores in Melbourne. We did an online order and the products were readily available for pick up. The staff were friendly which was very nice. The only concern is less number of staff at the customer service counter. As a result there is a long waiting time even during non peak hours. Overall the set up of the store is very similar to the other stores.
