Pretty good store, not so busy when I went in. Parking in the area can be hard.

Great Coles!!! Fantastic service from all employees!! Special shout-out to your staff member Georgia for being extremely helpful and also a lovely young lady named Ruby at the checkout who was incredibly kind, patient and polite! Anyone that disagrees is a complete flog!

I was at the dentist and my son wanted some No Sugar Vanilla Coke and we can only get it at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. But Lilydale Coles was just down the road so I tried it and low and behold they have it, why not Croydon North????? Please Coles put some at Croydon North.....

Good store easy parking

It's a nice supermarket, loads open space in toilets roll isle, vast breathtaking empty scenery it the lettuce isle. Wonderful feeling of being in a 3rd world supermarket with all the convenience of a 2nd world supermarket.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The shop always looks clean and well stocked. Great prices and the cost of our weekly shop is very reasonable. Dare I say cheaper than Aldi.

Heard a lovely story of how the staff helped an elderly, less mobile lady who shopped based on her monthly to bi-monthly community help based support for shopping. She was distraught over her desperate need for toilet roll as it had been ages, and she was desperate, the staff kindly offered her two free rolls from their bathroom free of charge as that is all they had available

Great variety & cheap prices

I had an amazing time at coles lilydale, I would like to give a special shot out to miss ruby! She is fabulous, the most nicest girl I have met in my life, I saw an elderly lady fall and she came to her rescue, what a kind hearted girl

Great place , super helpful and friendly staff also. I once fell flat on my face on a slippery part of the road and staff and bystanders all came rushing to assist , i was fine but it was nice to know that the staff there have a care factor for their customers health as well as their money.

It's friendly people like Suzie at the checkout that make this Coles a great local stop for groceries. This store carries the normal selection you expect from Coles. Parking can be tricky at some times of the day.

Great sized Coles with everything you need. Fruit and veg is always fresh, the staff are friendly and the underground parking is a bonus. No need to go anywhere else!

My daughter gave me a cinnamon donut dipped in roasted capsicum dip, total game changer, as in your taste bud will never be the same 🤣

Our local supermarket with a large range of items and good prices. Staff are friendly and the underground car park is great in the wet weather.

Huge Store that has everything you expect from a supermarket. Was only visiting the area and was really impressed. Staff were helpful too.
