I’m not one to write reviews as a habit, but occasionally I am compelled by a level of service which is just on another level. I have been a life long renter in Brisbane and seen the full array of property managers, for better or worse (mostly the latter unfortunately). My current abode of almost 2 years, in the Gap, is managed by Harcourts Windsor, and specifically, Charlene Amber. I am consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and general respect shown toward the tenant. Communication is clear and efficient , and there is never any doubt that messages are passed on to the owner in a timely manner. Reasonable requests are addressed and attended to, and requests of myself are polite and fair. I’m sure this is also a testament to great owners, and I hope and expect that their experience with Charlene and Harcourts is equally positive. Thank you Charlene, you really are exemplary in the space.

I have rented homes in Brisbane for over 15 years. Elizabeth Hunter at Harcourts is by far the best Property Manager I have worked with in that time as a renter. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I recently ended a fixed term tenancy ( I was in the home for over 10 years), Elizabeth made the whole process as stress free as it could have possibly been. I have also been an investment property owner in the past and based upon my experience with Elizabeth as a renter, I would have no hesitation in engaging Elizabeth to manage any future investment properties of mine. She really looks after both the tenants and the owners- perfect combination.

Knowledge and experience is the key to success…… From day 1 I knew I was in good hands as we moved through the Reno stage and got ready to launch. Carman’s team were always contactable and were very efficient at giving updates after each enquiry and open home. I’d sign her and her team up again tomorrow if I had more properties to sell…..👍

It was almost like Chloé could read our minds, whilst continuously displaying her beautiful empathy, professionalism and kindness. Yes, for us, going through the auction process was an emotional one, and Chloé respected this.

In 2022 March, when I moved to Brisbane with family from overseas, I rented a property through Harcourts. Complete peace of mind, Dwayne & team always guided us promptly for any queries and even on breaking lease process, as we had to relocate to Perth. They have been transparent with us about the process / charges since the beginning and their professionalism is another level. During 2 years of my tenancy, maintenance requests were always promptly addressed and resolved. Dwayne’s team completed the Exit Inspection timely and communication from them is quality, timely and professional. During my 2 years tenancy period, they even corrected utilities invoice (water) by themselves without me pointing out.

Great real estate to deal with for our latest rental. We moved overseas at the completion of the lease and Elizabeth made the process of the end of lease so easy for us. She found a new tenant quickly to minimize the break lease fee and kept us informed along the whole way. Pleasure to deal with. Refreshing to see in an industry that has many horror stories.

Great team!! . We met Carmen, Troy, and their team several times during inspections. They were very friendly, caring and professional. They remained easily accessible, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. Organising the pest and building inspection with them was straightforward.
