I recently liaised with Carmen and her team on a home in North Brisbane. Although we ended up buying a different property, I really appreciated Carmen and her team's friendly, approachable support. After so many negative experiences with Brisbane agents, it was lovely to meet someone who was helpful and kind. I would definitely consider Carmen Briggs if buying again in the future.

From the onset, the entire team at Carmen Briggs Harcourt's has been extremely professional, accommodating & transparent. In November 2022, we narrowed down on a property in The Gap and corresponded with Troy, who was very responsive and addressed our queries patiently. After the open home, we were also given time for a seperate building & pest inspection. He patiently addressed all our concerns and gave additional suggestions as well.
The entire process starting from making an offer to the final contract & settlement was smooth and without any hurdles. Carmen has been clear and precise while guiding us as first time buyers.
I would also like to mention Sophie who has been extremely pleasant, proactive and efficient in dealing with us in the last phase of our home owning journey.
