Malcolm and Michelle are absolutely lovely. Their customer service is second to none. The rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly too. And the store is always SO organised and everything is sparkling clean!! An extremely well managed store. A+++!!

Such a great store with friendly staff and lots to choose from. I ordered my products online using the BWS website and they were ready for collection in just a few minutes. Quick easy process.

Staff always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. It is slightly more expensive but I prefer going there for convenience of parking and the staff.

Standard bottle shop. Staff generally great. 1 staff member very loud and follows you around. Announced to the store what I was buying. I just don't go in when that person is working. Limited range. Ferny grove tavern store much more variety.

I like this place. The staff in here are far more welcoming than the Liquorland inside the center. I just wish they had more of a craft beer selection but that's head office's decision I suppose.
