Nando's

An oasis of calm in the busy Grand Plaza food court. This store is always clean and the staff are excellent. It is very busy, so there can be a little wait for your meal. There is a link to the menu so that you can order ahead or from your table. Staff are always happy to help with your order. If you eat in store, there is a nice selection of tables inside and outside to eat at, and I have always been pleased to see how clean it is kept. There is a sink and soap available for hand washing. A very busy store, so expect a little wait, but the food is fresh and delicious. Be warned that the non-peri peri options on the menu only apply to the pitas, wraps, and burgers.

I came in with my family about 15 people all dining in. It was a last minute decision for Father’s Day, our journey all began here at Nandos Browns plains so decided to come here. She created such an atmosphere that it took me back to when I was 8 years old. Apologies for the quick rush in but I felt as if you deserved to be recognised. Definitely coming here onwards 😇👋

Nandos is nandos but when they over rate it in sauce make it juicy its just that deliciouse

We loved our food

Good food but the service could be better. Had ordered via the app for a timed pick up only to get my food 40 minutes later as there was no chicken.

Gets busy around dinner quick and happy service

Always love the chicken here. Basted thoroughly and great sizes.

A mix up with my food left me disappointed, I was given something far cheaper off the menu.

However. The staff hurriedly replaced my food with my original order promptly, and I was eating what I originally did order within 10 minutes tops.

Their food is always hot, fresh and good quality. Staff are well trained and friendly. Service is always timely.

I eat here with friends often, even as a vegetarian, as their meat free alternatives are very tasty!

Best classic wrap i have ever had! Chicken was cooked beautifully, just the right amount of Mayo.👌 Also didn't have those weird chunks of lettuce, which I'm not a fan of so that was really good.. girls were bubbly and sweet as well. 🌞🌞

One of the best Nandos restaurants I've visited. Staff are attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, warm and exotic.

Judging from the past reviews I went in there being a little cautious as to what I would expect. Surprisingly, the staff has been very very accommodating the place was kept clean and the staff were very attentive and their presentation was stellar. I might have been lucky but however the service was quick and prompt and the food was delicious.

Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Staff are very friendly. I will be going there again. Thanks for a great experience.

Never disappointed. Great people and so the service. Always listen to our order and cooks perfectly as we asked for. I live little far from this Nandos, but still I usually drive here (crossing 2 other nandos store ) when I wanna go for Nandos.

It is a regular place for us to have lunch. Always great quality food and customer service.

I went into Nandos Browns Plains at about 6pm, I ordered a large chips from a short but the polite girl, after paying for the food she personally went out of her way to make it. I’ve had Nandos chips before and they were very bland. However these chips were without a doubt the best Nandos chips I’ve ever had. I personally recommend that you will have the same girl on more shifts to make quality food.
