Coles Browns Plains

This is a very nice Coles. It's wide open, with plenty of space between the aisles. It has a large fresh produce and bakery section. There is a wide variety of products available for every need, with a good selection of options available. There are plenty of options for various tastes, including international cuisines, gluten-free, keto, vegan, etc. A nice number of manned checkouts as well as self-service checkouts. Located in Grand Plaza, conveniently situated close to a carpark. Can be very busy busy, but the checkouts move quickly. They have added a specials aisle, similar to Aldi's weekly specials aisle. Remember to buy an item for the food bank collection point outside.

Coles is one off my favourite super markets for completing the weekly groceries shopping every week. The fruit that you can purchase at Coles is normally the best you will get in comparison to other big super markets.
Coles like other bigger super markets always have specials so you can easily save dollars if you you are smart in your purchasing.
At Coles you can find almost everything you need for your house grocery.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Service is fantastic and the set up stores is very neat and clean. Hygiene is off a high standard too.

Shelves are always fully stocked, and I can get my shopping done very easily here.

Good set up. I was able to quickly pop in and get what I needed. Quick checkout experience through the self checkout (I only had 1 item so I didn't want to clog up an assisted checkout). Very satisfied.

It was very slow service and not very apologetic for it either. There was only one checkout open, and lots of people were waiting.

Massive store. Well laid out aisles. Everything as it should be. Not a fan of self serve.

Now, with the aldi like random weekly items for the dog's a pet nerf tennis ball gun they both love it and even a great little smoker definitely stepping up the game the Christmas stuff that I saw tonight 11/11 is all solar powered outdoor decos and all the Christmas table and serving stuff all looked pretty good

Good produce great prices. Friendly staff and easy parking. Always good for a shop. Always dependable. Always something new.

Another big and well stocked. Bunnings. The coffee shop has nice coffee and fresh wraps.

I have been on a mission for a specific pink drink bottle on special at Coles. I called up this Coles and Zach from grocery is an absolute legend. He was super quick and actually went to look for this drink bottle, he also told me where it was and where on the shelf. I now have my drink bottle and I am extremely happy. Thank you Zach.

Great store, has all your local needs including fruits, vegetables, cleaning supplies, body care supplies, and to a small extent, kitchen cutlery as well!

Placed in a convenient location, no need to wonder through an entire mall just to get inside as it has its own entry on the side of Grand Plaza.

Staff there are very welcoming too, with friendly smiles all around, and always are willing to help whenever you ask.

Making payments is a breeze, as you get either the option to check-out at an automated check-out, or receive help through a check-out attended by the friendly staff.

In general, a pleasant place to go for your everyday needs.

I would like to share with you the incredible honesty of the young man called Justin, who collects thr trollies from the car park. After a greulling week of medical procedures, I had to venture to the shops today. (Thursday 25/11/21) It was extremely busy all over and I was rushed and stressed to the point of my leaving my handbag in the trolly as I returned it to the bay. On returning home and realising what I'd done, I phoned the centre and the last shop to report it. I was devastated. All my disability pass, phone, money wallet etc., virtually my whole life was in that bag. I was told they would send a security guy to check the trolly. I raced back to the car park to see my trolly sitting there, no bag. I approached the security as he was heading up and he called over a young man collecting trollys. To my astonishment, he had seen it and taken it in to Coles. They had tried ringing Centre Management who were not answering their phone. The security took me in and thankfully amid copious tears of joy, my bag was returned. I found Justin in the car park on my way out and couldn't thank him enough.! A nice decent young man who simply said "I'm happy to have been able to help you out" Thank you all involved. You have saved this old lady a lot of grief! I was sure someone had taken it with Xmas around the corner, and I'd never see it again. Thank God for decent people, the world is not all bad.

The boy at the deli named Matthew has outstanding customer service skills by far best person i’ve been served by i hope he gets paid well for the service he provides.
