Mardi Gras Apartments

Recently we stayed at
Mardi Gras Apartments unit 23 owned by Simone. The apartment was clean and well maintained and the owner Moe looked after us well. Highly recommend especially if you are coming down to AIU. Lovely spot for everything 😍 ❤

So clean and welcoming I could have stayed longer just absolutely lovely and not far and the people who were there were just lovely very accommodating just wonderful

Don't know why people say they saw cockroaches. My stay was great would stay again.

Lindo lugar. Cerca de todo. Te permite desplazarte por transporte público. Rodeado de atracciones. Su comunidad es super empatica. Lo recomiendo

Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean and tidy older units but enjoyed my stay.

Apartment was clean but run down. Even though place looked clean there were heaps of cockroaches big and small. Air-con only worked on 25 degrees, any lower and it iced up and started dripping water into apartment. Dryer worked but timer didn't. No shampoo. Smoke alarm didn't work (pressed test button, nothing happened). Water pipes hammered (can be fixed easily with hammer arrestor). Bed was good, Sofa-bed was bad. Needs ceiling fan in lounge.
Garage stank because of garbage. Outside of building was generally grubby with leaf litter and mould.
Would not stay there again.

No manager on site on arrival had to wait in hot sun for over an hour. Unit smelt of vomit and was cockroach infested. Taps and pipes rattled and shook when turned on. Spa was not turned on. Button for spa loose on wall. Had to book to have heat turned on for spa. Still didn't heat up. Complained bitterly was given $15 breakfast voucher. Will never return. Our blues weekend ( mother and daughter) was ruined. This unit is a cockroach invested dump and should not be advertised.
