Maleny Cheese

We visited Maleny Cheese with the expectation of touring an actual cheese manufacturing facility, but it turned out to be smaller than anticipated. Nevertheless, this was our misconception. Despite that, the cheeses, yogurt, and everything else were outstanding. The outdoor area provided a delightful environment, and the prices were quite fair. We'll definitely be coming back.

Obsessed with this place! We rocked up about 2.25pm so sadly they were only serving cheese boards cause they close at 3pm but the lady was so sweet she fired up the grill and got us 3 slices of open face cheese sandwiches and they were AMAZING, got a lime tart too and WOW I loved it so much! Such a cute spot with amazing food and lovely people!

Good selection of dairy products at a reasonable price. Limited on-site parking but plenty on the side streets. Disabled parking is available with access off Rangers Road.

Loved the scones, and service from the happy staff. They were serving a tour, but made sure we were not forgotten. Grabbed some cheeses and we used them to add that bit extra to our meals during our stay in the area.

One of my favourite spots from Sunshine Coast. Is a worthy trip from Brisbane to enjoy the beautiful spot and try all the great types of cheeses and yogurts. Make sure that you have space in your fridge before to go! 😅

We got the $20 tasting board, well worth the experience, will definitely go back. Bought the tomato chutney, vintage, chilli and wasabi cheddar. However all the cheese we tasted was amazing.

Such a cute,clean,friendly staff with knowledge of their selling products.Large cheese board was good.
My favourite was the wasabi cheese and the chilli. Mango chutney is extremely flavoursome.🌼🌼🌼

Had a lovely lunch here, the cheese platter ($20.00) is definitely one to be tried, it gives a good example of some of the variety of cheeses being produced here, we had this between 3 of us and as it's served with crackers, toast and chutneys, found it plentiful.
Parking is easy here, lots of seating available and the service was very friendly, courteous and efficient.
We've been here before and will certainly return again.

What a lovely surprise in Maleny!!!
We wanted to try a nice cheese tasting and we couldn't choose better.
The cheese tasting was delicious and with a wide variety of different flavors, for us the Tuscan, vintage and smokey cheddar were awesome as the feta with herb & garlic.

We highly recommend this place, you're not going to be disappointed.

Lovely place for our morning tea! Beautiful looking and scrumptious food! Very accomodating, lovely staff! Lots of places to sit! Everything is so green around the area! A real nice day out! Very good for wheelie walkers! Good parking!

$20 for small cheeseboard was big enough for two. Worth the price

Can’t comment on their cheeses as I haven’t tried them but I love their yoghurt's. So smooth and velvety. Passionfruit is my favourite. Wish I could buy it closer to home in Brisbane

Called in for morning tea. Yummy.
We had a banoffee tart, mocha and iced coffee along with about $65 dollars of Maleny cheeses.
Very friendly service. The shop has plenty of seating out on the verandah, inside and outside barrel table and chairs all undercover with beautiful gardens and a cool breeze.
As well as cheese they have Maleny yogurts (delicious), jams, pastes for cheese, a few wines, honey and souvenir Maleny tea towels. Glass windows shows the lower level of the factory floor.
They make a cheese platter and serve wine also. This can be made as a take away order for a picnic.
Well worth a visit.

GREAT SERVICE considering we arrived on a bus of 40-50 people, staff struggled at first but quickly got into the groove. The coffee was hot and tasted of coffee, nice strength. Plenty of cheeses to taste. Thank you to the staff.

Cheese platter was fantastic, the small one was more than enough for 2 people, and good value at $20. Their cheese melt open-faced sandwich is just to die for. Plus the desserts (tarts & cookies) were amazing!
Definitely recommend this place and we'll surely come back!

Wow wow wow this cheese is so good. It is so full of flavour and texture. You can taste the difference and the flavours that go in are amazing also. Worth a try when you visit the area. Warning you will end up spending a lot of money buying stuff to bring home :)

A great place not only to buy quality cheeses and yoghurt but a great little cafe as well. We chose a Devonshire Tea for our morning tea. The scones, cream and jam were delightfully tasty and the tea and coffee were perfect! Prices were more than reasonable and the service excellent! We will certainly be returning on our next visit to the area.

The service here was amazing, it was so hot today and the guy who served us was so knowledgeable about their cheeses and was so excited to tell us about them. The cheeses are nice and great value 😀

The mini cheese platter is very affordable ($20) and offer a variety of cheeses. We came with a party of 4 and left extremely satisfied. We ordered extra crackers as we only put a thin slice of cheese on each cracker.
