Monica's Cafe

Lovely lunch at Monica’s! We had the lamb and rosemary filo with salad and the buckwheat breakfast crepe. Both were delicious. To top it off was a turmeric latte and a very tasty Tim Adams cafe latte. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We had our breakfast here on a Saturday morning.
Although it was about busy, we had our meal served very quickly. The food was awesome and prepared with care, that I can say about my plate. The coffee was one of the best.
The people are very friendly and kind. I enjoyed it.

Parking is available off the street and will be a little bit tricky on busy days.

Great range of good quality (and value for money) gourmet sandwiches on the menu. Tried a Reuben and no complaints from me! Nice and relaxed atmosphere with seating indoors and out.

Went for Breakfast, had Eggs and bacon with a side of mushrooms. Didn’t disappoint. Washed it down with a hot chocolate 👍

Delicious food, very reasonably priced and amazing smoothies. Worth the beautiful drive if you are not a local. Our new go to when up in the hills

Monica's so good we went 2 days in a row! We're visiting from Singapore and we looked up the reviews on Monica's and decided to give them a go. Was a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly, excellent table service, great ambience both inside and outside, most importantly the food's delicious!

We ordered over the 2 days:
2 x Eggs Benedict (smoked salmon)
1 x Eggs Benedict (bacon)
2 x Bacon & Egg Roll
1 x The Big Breakfast
2 x Shaved Ham sandwich
1 x Hash Browns
6 x Hot chocolate for the kids
4 x cappuccino

The eggs Benedict was divine. Ingredients are fresh. Extremely generous portions of bacon and smoked salmon. Coffee is excellent. Highly recommend if you're passing by Melany.

I love this cafe - the food is fresh, delicious and really well priced (something that is quite rare these days). They have a range of lighter meals as well as the favourites like eggs Benny. Coffee is great and the service is wonderful too!

Great coffee and delicious, fresh food all reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly which is a welcome change from the 'Frank' cafe we used to frequent previously. Plenty of street parking in the main street and delightful indoor or outdoor seating from which to watch the Maleny world go by. We are regular visitors and delighted to recommend Monica's.

We would normally go to the Shotgun Expresso (across the road from Monica's) when we are at Maleny. Unfortunately it was full so we decided to try Monica's Cafe instead. We were very happy we did as we had a great lunch. There was lovely ambience at the cafe and the food was scrumptious. Service was friendly as well. Will definitely make it our go to cafe at Maleny from now on.

What a fantastic place! It was so good we ate at Monica’s two mornings in a row! This was after the local barber 💇🏻‍♂ recommended to eat here and we certainly weren’t disappointed. They had many vegans options so that was amazing to see in such a small sleepy country town. Staff on both days were attentive and friendly, there is plenty of seating but it does get a bit busy there so try to get in early before the rush. The food was well portioned and very tasty, coffees could have been a touch bolder but they were nice and creamy.

Also try their vegan and gluten free cookies, very nice!

Attended on a Saturday so very busy. Great two story cafe with a fresh menu plenty of table space inside, upstairs and outside. Very polite amd chirpy staff attentive and alert to customer needs. Clean and neat premises. Tables clean and regularly bussed, cutlery neat with no water spots!
I had a BLT - generous servings, fresh lettuce, bacon well cooked. Side of chips also generous, served fresh and hot!
Juices was fresh made and the coffee was very good.
Staff did not blink when my sister asked to take half of her large BLT home providing a carton. Highly recommended for a quick bite or full on lunch.

We loved this Cafe. It was our first time to Maleny, first time to Monica's Cafe. It won't be our last! The food was fantastic, and great coffee. Great service as well. No wonder they were so busy!

Great Cafe, great atmosphere, great coffee and great food! Loved sitting upstairs, plants everywhere and really good vibe in general. BLT was delicious and the chips were so good! Nice comfy seats upstairs with aircon. All round great place to stop when visiting beautiful Maleny 🙌🏻

I have been to this place so many times, I never had complaints. This time food was more yummy! Decent holiday vibes . Located in main Maleny market area. Inside/outside sitting options, lunch/breaky.
Food is freshly cooked and taste is just 10/10. Same with their coffee and juice.
Whenever I am in Maleny I prefer having breaky at Monica’s cafe 🌸😊

I had the most delicious breakfast here Two days in a row! The best scrambled eggs on toast, bacon & haloumi! Very friendly service and such a relaxing atmosphere. A must visit while staying in beautiful Maleny.

Brunched in the loft of this wonderfully modern cafe and enjoyed a scrumptious meal washed down by freshly squeezed juice while the sunshine streamed in… magic on a winter’s day!! Added bonus - friendly staff.
