Ribbonprint

I have a thousand dollar piece of equipment and at least another thousand dollars worth of ribbon and printing cartridges that are completely unusable because this company "needs to enforce" (their words, not mine) the cost of $250 to upgrade the software, regardless of the fact, I bought all the equipment years ago with absolutely no indication this would be the case.

Aaron was more interested in getting his kids to basketball than negotiating some kind of solution.

On top of that, the machine is clunky, the manual uninformative and the software archaic. Very disappointing.

We bought a $4000 "pro" printer plus all the accessories off Ribbonprint mostly for printing equestrian ribbons, amongst other work, on the recommendation from Aaron that this was the correct printer for our application. After a while it was discovered that if the ribbon gets damp either with water or horse sweat the print rubs right off, this happens with the ribbon and foil bought from them as well as any other ribbon used. Aaron was not interested in sorting this problem out and as such the printer was sent directly to Toshiba for assesment. Toshiba have confirmed neither this printer or the foil being used are the correct printer/foil for this application.

We now have a very expensive printer that is useless for the intended application it was purchased for.
