Lock and Store Self Storage

I am so happy with Michael and his team. Professional, polite, friendly and handled my items with care. They were exceptional in their work and nothing seemed too difficult. They moved 2 pianos with little effort., having the necesssary equipment. The rates were very competive. This is the second time I have used Move, Lock and Store and could not be any happier. I am happy to recommend them for your removal needs and will be recommending them to my family and friends for future removal needs.

Great service. Taxi truck picked up my furniture and changed all my existing items in storage into a bigger storage unit. Nothing was to much trouble. Much appreciated.

Good safe storage. The management allow vans and cars to be parked in access ways which make storage of vans more difficult than need be. Access points are unnecessarily cluttered.

Friendly talkative staff, nice things to buy

Awful experience. Alot of our things were damaged ie cupboards with deep scratches, microwave big dents, basketball ring base big hole, desks broken, good leather couch had sticky glue or chewing gum all over it.... not to mention our ergonomic chair went missing. smaller trucks were sent when they knew how big our load was. they had to do many trips which cost us big time! They were caught overcharging us also! Terrible terrible in every way
