Wow I thought it was going to be just boring antiques - but the mens gift shop in the village was something else. The owner is hilarious and we walked out with amazing leather bags at really cheap prices - and hubby had the best buy of some model cars and movie prints - this place is unique and a must see

It's such a beautiful place to browse and spend time looking at antiques and getting lucky to find a gem or two. All the staff there are so courteous. I wish present-day retail service staff in other shops were able to take a leaf or two from these customer service veterans' books.

I love rolling around this place on a lazy Sunday. Lovely cafe too! So many sections and stores and of course multitudes of wonderful things to look at or buy! Something for everyone in this place for sure!

Been here a few times over the years and it never disappoints. With a cornucopia of vintage items to look at see you will be wondering why you didn't put aside more time for this activity. The main building alone will occupy at least an hour of your time if you're just browsing in a cursory fashion. Take time to explore the smaller shops which are at the back for different types of items like garden pieces and tools. Photos provided will give you a sense of what to expect.

It's really good here.theres plenty of interesting stuff that you won't find elsewhere. The only negative was a guy that works there kept touching me and got really close.he probably meant we'll I think but wasn't that keen on it.will go back again though.

You'll never know what you will find in this shop.and collection of other quirky shops within the same complex. The first building is a collection of stalls with different private owners under one roof. You will see different eras of antique depending on what you fancy. Collection from Victorian Edwardian up to mid century and 1970s.

Indepth literature collection, which covers every topic under the sun. Lots to see. If you like looking at abstract stuff that you might want to purchase, such as theme park sculptures, ceramic doorknobs, antique child rockers, vintage snuffboxes, this is the place for you.

Wow, just wow!!! The Tyabb Packing House Antiques is an amazing complex containing many independent antique and craft stalls selling a wide range of antiques, crafts, bric-a-brac, secondhand hand books, memorabilia, vintage and collectables of all types including old vinyls, comics, amazing movie posters and figurines etc etc. As you'll see from the photographs here, it's so big that you can easily spend a day there browsing through all the wares.

There are also some real treasures in the stores behind the main packing shed. In an area called The Village which is set in a lovely garden setting we found a cluster of stores which will absolutely delight. On our first visit we spent hours in the Hay Shed run by Mary. As you'll see from the photographs, this store has some amazing fine antiques and vintage wares. There's also a treasure of a jewellery store and the jeweller Sam is into manufacturing fine jewellery, designing and remodelling jewellery, and all repairs, including antique repairs. Treats for your dog can be found at the Dog Cafe which sells nothing but healthy and freshly baked goodies with no nasty preservatives. At another great store you'll find beautiful handcrafted gifts, novelty cards, banners, and pop-up boxes. Then there's the pottery stall, with an on-site kiln, that makes gifts, concrete wares, and statues as well as running pottery classes. There's also an Art Gallery.

Even if you're not into buying this kind of stuff you'll definitely experience moments of nostalgia. You'll have a great trip down memory lane and you'll have heaps of fun just browsing. There are several cafes and toilets on the site. One of the cafes is an old train carriage converted into a cafe with internal cabins serving as private dining rooms. It also has both front and rear decked area for outside dining. The food and coffee are great and the prices reasonable.

With some 300 car spaes here's plenty of parking however, should you want to travel by public transport then the antiques complex and village are literally next door to the Tyabb railway station, with a gate in the fence providing access. Amazingly Tyabb is in Zone 2 and so is part of the Melbourne Metropolitan railway netowrk, with free travel to concession card holders on the weekend.

This place is truly fascinating, just so much to see. It's a must visit and makes for a great weekend outing!!! The children will love the playground area at the back.

This is the first of many interesting shops forming a village of sorts in the surprise packet that is Tyabb. Give yourself plenty of time to rummage as the choices are plentiful - antiques, books and collectibles.
There's cafes and eateries as well.
A fascinating place.

Great place for Antique shopping. Good bargains, coffee shops and jewellery.
A bit of nostalgia for those over 40 and wondering experience for those under to find unusual treasures from an age gone by. Lots to see as the place is huge.
Definitely worth a visit.
