Bed Bath N' Table Toowong

Never met anybody as nice and helpful as the lady who served me today. Made everything so easy and wouldn’t have been able to get exactly what I needed without her help. Highly recommend

I went to Bed bath and table Toowong and was served by Stuart - he was excellent - very helpful, efficient, friendly, highly recommend both the store and staff.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, taking the time to assess our requirements and find for us stock that exactly matched our needs.

Wonderful variety of styles and always great bargains, I often get birthday and Christmas presents there, and lovely staff always, thanks

Looked good but I only walked past Mr google

lots of homewares for you know what? your bedroom, your bathroom and your table. whaaaaat. but seriously a big range and a nice clean store. staff were friendly and said hello as soon as I walked in. they had a lot of specials on but would have been easier if the sale prices were marked on items as the signage was a little confusing as to what exactly was on sale. or if they just made a sale wall.

Acquired some lovely green sheets at a good price. Fiancé loves the Christmas decorations.

Bed Bath N Table is one of my favourites stores however I have been to the Toowong store 3+ times over the past 6 months and every visit the staff have been awful. The staff act like they are better than you both the ladies and male team member, staring across the store, never speaking to you. God forbid you purchase something, you will be ignored at the register as they stand in front of you. And then asked ‘can I help you?’ after an excessive amount of time waiting. Feels as though they think you can’t afford the store. I gave the store 3 chances, purchasing all 3 times however will not be returning after today’s visit. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Went there today to see if there are any colors and styles that I like.
A female employee at work today 13/09/2019 Gossip with her co-worker said that I was just looking for cheap deals. Do I have the rights to compare prices or find something I like before buying? It's customer money, not yours? Please check your service mind.

Not happy with service today. Gentleman wasn’t pleasant to deal with as I have experienced in the past at this store before.
