Coles Toowong

Customer service and assistance for my 96 year old mother was excellent. Vivian went out of her way to checkout mother's grocery items and pack them. She was patient and so helpful. Another reason I always shop at Coles Toowong Village.

As long as you're good with self checkouts it's okay. Public holidays and Sunday nights they can struggle to keep things in stock.
Earbuds in and away you go. No human interaction required.

I have now used the click and collect service several times I can’t fault it friendly efficient customer care and service at its best well done to the click and collect team -I’m am delighted with the order accuracy the speed and friendly service provided-a huge shout out to this store and team members 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing!!

Had a broken/faulty mop that i bought on my weekly grocery shop. Nathan on the service desk went out of his way to provide me with a replacement, this is the reason i will always shop at Coles Toowong Village as the customer service and all round attitude as shown by all staff is outstanding. Great milk range. Always have plenty of trollies and baskets available upon entry.

Generally, Coles is cheaper than Woolworth, with more products on discount. Also, Coles’ seafood and vegetables are better than Woolworth and cheaper. Other meats products are not that different. Only pre made food and dairy products, Woolworth tastes better.

Have been to this Coles for many years. And I will still come here to buy groceries now and than.

It has an halal food section which is the best thing about the coles in toowong village

I choose Coles Toowong for my weekly shopping..It is close from my place and it has various stuffs for my need...Since it is locate in Toowong Village, before and after shopping I can go to another place to shopping, such as K-Mart or go to library. And also it has large parking space and free for 2 hours..Nice..

We always get click and collect from here and the service is unmatched. They always give us better than we ordered if they are missing an item (substitutions are worth checking the box for!) also around Easter time they were giving out free Easter eggs, what a win. All the staff are extremely friendly and my partner has never had an issue picking up our groceries from here.

My favourite Coles in Brisbane, so conveniently located in Toowong Village next to the Toowong Railway Station. I am a big fan of the pick and mix selection for a healthy snack of dried fruit and nuts, and the self-serve medjool dates in the fresh produce department.

I shop at this store frequently. It has an excellent range of goods available which are restocked regularly - with COVID impacting some lines. The store has a very good range of fresh meats and a large range of dairy goods. The main highlight of the store for me is the excellent staff. They are always courteous and professional - despite busy times putting them under pressure - and happy to help you find things or answer your questions. The staff make this Coles a five star store for me.

Great spot for a walk. So much fun out on the sand at low tide too!!

Plenty of groceries items. Mall has plenty of car parking lots, 3hrs free parking and right next to train station. Easy to access.

You can buy freshly cooked pizza pies they put them together and bake them in their pizza oven while you wait. 7 min later 🍕

Good store. Easiest access is basement level parking and taking the escalator up but the car pak gets full very quickly at peak hours.
They normally have a good range and stock levels. It can get a bit crowded at peak hour. Checkout staff are usually nice. There was one team member Christian, he was very friendly.

Aisle 7, 6.35pm Wednesday 15 September - normally do self-service when checking out but today, with a migraine and exhausted, went through the traditional check out counter. Couldn't have been better served. Felt like it was VIP after self- checking for so long. The warmth and rapport the attendant extended not just to me but to the clientele before and after me was superb. Congrats Coles Toowong, you've got some excellent employees.

Congratulations to all the professional staff who dealt with an aggressive customer this evening. I’m saddened racial abuse was directed at a staff member but the male staff member was professional in his response and he should be congratulated. I am sorry he had to be on the receiving end but please know customers felt safe due to the teams efforts and the professional response of the staff member

I would like to commend Irena for the wonderful level of service she provided to myself at Coles Toowong yesterday.

You only stocked 1 packet of my favourite coconut rice but I wanted 2 and it was on offer.

I asked Irena if there was anymore stock. She graciously checked for me and then when discovered that was the last packet she went off to get me a rain check voucher to use when the rice is next in stock.

Service with a smile and without having to be prompted.

Rare these day’s to find such helpful staff.

Liked it highly professional customer services and self check services and near public transportation and free parking for up to 4 hours...

Good store, a bit crowded all the time, and often not open late - but well stocked, easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly.
Produce could do with a little more love, as some items quickly go and aren't restocked quickly.
