Woolworths Toowong Village

I had a minor hiccup at the self-checkout, but thanks to the assistance of the helpful staff member Hayley, everything was swiftly resolved. Her warm demeanor and efficient service truly made my day! She's undoubtedly a valuable asset to the Woolworths Toowong team.

Staff were very helpful and friendly on Christmas eve, we had an issue with stick place in correct location, the team leader on self service checkouts was very helpful, her outstanding customer service made our shopping a wonderful experience.

Loving the option for same-day ordering 'direct to boot' - staff are always super friendly and efficient. During today's delivery I was handed two free small bottles of ice-cold water. What a thoughtful idea in 35 degree heat! Keep up the great work Toowong team.

The new Woolworths in Toowong Village is a nice shopping experience. Aesthetical enough to be welcoming and always has what I'm looking for and typically marginally better prices than Coles.

Customer service has always been great, be it the deli, bakery or floor staff. Although the amount of times I go to buy bread and the bread cutting machine is out-of-order/missing certain cutting elements was kind of annoying.

Nice modern store, staff were very helpful in helping me to locate the item I was looking for!

New and clean. Lots of stock and the new layout is pretty good

First time I visited the new woolworth this morning and I have to stay the staff are very helpful especially Luca. He saw I was struggling with stuff in my arms and immediately offered to get me a trolley and help with my broken cat litter bag. Glad to see chivalry isn’t dead. 🙂

Absolutely incredible, words cannot describe how delighted I am for Woolworths to bless me with it's presence, I have been counting down the days and staying up all night in anticipation for the opening. And Woolworths has delivered above and beyond, absolutely pogchamp, to say the least.

Beautifully presented store with really fresh produce and friendly staff. Smaller floor area than Woolworths Indooroopilly yet surprisingly had items I can't find at Indro. Makes the Coles downstairs look like a Bi-Lo (sorry Coles!)

I have been looking forward to this Woolworths since it was announced. So excited to see it finally open and be just as good as I imagined. Very well presented store that I will be going to everytime I need groceries.

Great to see Woolworths at Toowong again. Store is modern and clean with a great variety of products. Much prefer this store to Coles. Not as big as Indooroopilly but not too small either.
