We recently relocated our business to Offices First Toowong. There are many other office facilities available however the outstanding customer service from both Roes and Annette made the decision a no brainer. The reception team here at Toowong promptly action all requests and treat our clients with professionalism and courtesy.

Great location with fantastic facilities. The window office suites have beautiful city views and being located within Toowong village means you have access to groceries, restaurants, excellent coffee as well as all other retail stores. Cyclists also have free access to high-quality end-of-trip facilities and drivers have $4 everyday staff parking (plus public transport is a given with Toowong train station downstairs). The staff and reception are so helpful and lovely and do everything they can to assist the tenants. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with even an oven!) and a great selection of coffee/tea available at all times. Great place to work, highly recommend :)

Portfolio Financial Group moved into Offices First around 18 years ago intending to stay for a month and just never found a reason to move. Over the years we have seen many improvements and enjoyed a great relationship with the team.

We currently rent office space with Offices First and have been doing so for the past 5 years. We are very satisfied with the quality of the offices and the pleasurable enviroment created by the staff of Offices First. I have been a tenant at office first Toowong for 6 months now and put it this way, I didn’t hesitate to renew my lease for another 6 months. The service is fantastic and the facilities are first rate. Can’t go wrong if you’re a small operator (and car parking is 4 bucks a day!)

Offices first toowong is an excellent venue perfect for what I need, the venue is very modern, stylish and up to date with technology. Only downside is they close at 5 midweek and aren’t open weekends but can be open/available on request at an extra charge.

The amenities and services to a small business are convenient and easy to use, but the reception team are world class!

I love coming to offices first, is situated in a prime spot with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. There are plenty cafes and restaurants inside the mall so is very convenient.

Offices First has everything to be expected with serviced offices. Workspace, secretarial services, shared public and private areas, on-demand meeting rooms and cleaning. This is all provided at a high standard and with charming staff. The location in Toowong is convenient to shops and parking is easy. All in all, a great choice for a smaller business.
