Kadara Capoeira Sydney

What a class!
I've done a few different classes in my life but nothing like this. It's hard work but so rewarding in so many ways. And it's close to the train station which helps me out alot. The students that I met were all very friendly and made me feel at home immediately, which just added to the experience. Can't wait to go back!
Monitor Trovão does an exemplary job in making you feel welcome and infusing you with his seemingly endless passion and energy. It's rare to find someone that will not only teach a group but also individually assess each student and be so willing with his time to help with weaknesses. I am very fortunate to have discovered this class.

Really amazing Capoeira classes with Monitor Trovao! I've been training under Trovao for 9 years now and from my experience, he's an incredible instructor that'll make you work hard and enjoy it at the same time! He brings a wealth of knowledge to the art of Capoeira. The location is great too, just a 3 min walk from Wynyard station. Everyone's very friendly and helpful when you first start. It's a very welcome environment and the trainer will come around to help everyone individually during the class. Personally I've had really great fitness improvements from this and many of my friends there would say the same. Be sure to bring enough water and wear some comfortable clothes for training!

Monitor Trovão runs an awesome class that despite my initial reservations, feeling unfit, inflexible and all round uncoordinated, I was made to feel welcome, appreciated and encouraged. There is a good mix of skills and everyone works together for the combined progress of all. Love this class, this location (5 mins from Wynyard), the people, and Monitor Trovão, an all round great experience.

Monitor Trovao provides high quality professional classes which are always a lot of fun. He's always full of energy and has a vast knowledge of capoeira. He creates a real sense of community within the group making it easy to feel comfortable and establish long-lasting friendships. The atmosphere is always very supportive and encouraging, making it easy to learn and enjoy. While all of this is happening, you are also getting an awesome workout and learning about the history and culture of capoeira.

Like Monitor Trovão says "There is no teacher if there is no student". At the same time there is no student if you dont find a good teacher. Monitor Trovão is one of the finest Capoeirista you can find close to city who can actually work with you to get the best out of you. The team is fantastic and friendly. When you start learning capoeira here you are not just an individual. You are part of Kadara Familia :)

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Very warm and welcoming group. Teachers are absolutely amazing, they focus on each students strengths and weaknesses to assist them where need be.

A great martial art/dance and a great group to make each experience full of excitement and energy! Keep up the good work, & see you again next week
