I didn’t shop here but EzyMart is soo bright and clean, like a hospital almost - spacious too 😂 very bright and nice environment. Heaps of American snacks and very well stocked. I didn’t buy anything here yet but I will one day

Nice conceive store with all the basics you need

Every ezymart I've been to has been a perfectly fine experience - except this one near circular quay. I found a packet of donuts on the shelf which, as shown in the attached picture, were extremely mouldy. Not just a little, they were covered. When I brought them to the store clerk to alert him of the issue he didn't apologise or remove them from sale, he instead kept trying to sell them to me, for $10 instead of $14. He knowingly attempted to sell me spoiled food. And on top of this, he was persistent too, further lowering his price to $5.50 when I told him I didn't want them because they were COVERED IN MOULD. I certainly won't be returning and I urge everyone to avoid it if possible for your own safety - your food is probably spoiled.

Ridiculous prices. One of the extortionately priced items - Doritos Stax - was over a month out of date. Definitely recommend to walk to Coles or Woolies. Very disappointed, avoid if you can.😕

I used to work at ezymart hornsby station. I left the job on 18 June. The manager of that shop used to treat the employees like slaves. It was hard to take and that's why I left the job.
Anyway, the manager has not paid my salary of 38 hours of work. He was scheduled to pay me on 20 June, but didn't do that. When I asked for my salary, he at first told me that I am selfish, I behave like a woman, etc. And now he is fooling me by saying different kinds of things.
All I ever wanted from the manager was my rightful salary. The fact is after working like a slave, not getting the rightful salary seems unbearable to take.

I came on 21 January 2018 around 9.30pm. I asked the guy to top up opal for me and my wife. But before he top up or do anything he keep asking the money. It was so rude even when my wife trying to get her opal he keep saying the money.
I mean like he can top up mine first and wait for me to took the money from my wallet. And wait my wife to give him her opal.

The second one he wrong top up the card, i ask him to top up my opal for $50.00 and my wife card $20.00 , but he topped up mine $20.00 and my wife $50.00

His customer services was really rude. I mean its easy don't give our opal back before we paid if he scare we will run away.
And please wait for us to give him the opal and money. Please don't keep asking the money.

Today I went to the shop to top up my opal card. When I paid with the AMEX, the guy is very RUDE and charged me $2 for service fee.

He charged 10% for the service fee of AMEX. Still looks unhappy and rude.

Rip off on credit card surcharge

This franchise convenience store doesn’t service business with good faith to customer. And trying to rip off as much as they could from credit card surcharge fee.

If this is an Amex shop small offer, they will raise the credit card surcharge to 10% on AMEX!
