If I could give 10 stars I would. The service at castle hill Aesop was absolutely above and beyond. My girlfriend and I were served by Marie and she gave us her absolute and upmost attention and took us through all the products we were interested in. She took her time in explaining the different products and we left the store feeling really satisfied and will definitely be back to purchase these products. Thanks again Marie!!!

Love this store, visually stunning, smells amazing. The service is fantastic. I had a lovely experience with Maddy, she was so friendly and warm, very knowledgeable of the products because I merely described a perfume I wanted to get but couldn’t remember the name of and she knew right away what I meant. She also made some great suggestions for me for my next purchases to go along with my previous purchases that would compliment them. So her suggestive selling was on point. And she was so easy to talk to and so caring, she gave me this amazing Aesop coffee table book along with my purchase & a tote bag which I will definitely be using. Great experience, thanks Maddy for being such a lovely person!

Castle Towers is such a beautiful store and the divine scent lured me in! Isabella was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge and I experienced exceptional customer service while she helped me find everything I needed.

I love Aesop products. The staff at Castle Hill are always friendly & attentive but not too over the top. The samples are a nice bonus - as well as buying products for myself it's become my 'go to' for gifts as well.
