If I could give no stars, I would. Man behind the counter was rude to not only me but another lady in the shop. Poorly spoken and just rude. Refused to fill a prescription sent from my doctor as the “rules for dispensing during covid” have apparently changed. Which is incorrect. Rules for dispensing during covid are valid until 30th September 2022 supporting tele-health doctors appointments. I was unable to pickup the prescription myself as I have influenza A and wasn’t allowed in the doctors surgery which was also a 20 minute drive just to get there, another 20 back to the chemist. Got it faxed to another chemist who did not have a problem filling it. Disgusted in the service provided today. Will no longer support this shop.

Pharmacist was operating outside of the law in overcharging for scripts. Had no idea until I went somewhere else. Very sad for a small community. Great new chemist in Warragamba now though.
