Don’t buy from this company! Working in construction I have experience with numerous suppliers of materials, my experience with Quick Built has been by far the worst experience in my 15 years working in trades. Unresponsive, delays in delivery, damaged goods and poor-quality materials. Even the replacement items provided were once again poorly packaged and damaged beyond use with no response from Quick Built, I give up with this company what a waste of money!

Sadly very dissappointed in their front office customer service. To say communication is poor is an understatement. Still waiting on a reply to damaged goods received on 19/4/23 after multiple emails plus a stern message left on their answering machine today. Still waiting! So now will go to consumer affairs! Sad because the product seems to be of a good quality but customer service is so very very poor!
Beware if you deal with this company!
#Update 21/5/23
Insulspan's urgent resolution was to suggest straightening damaged areas. We paid for a new product not a damaged product! If this is the resolution on offer it should be accompanied by compensation plus the refund of 100 x colour bonded pop rivets too which were missing in the order.
Now heading to consumer affairs as its been another 5+ days and no followup.
Consumers...Beware!

We bought enough roof panels to do a large outside area and was very disappointing when opened up the product to find damaged panels on the bottom of the pack . Next issue found was multiple sections of poly-carbonate panels instead of doing a special order and get cut to size for skylights / looks absolutely horrible so that will cost more money to get made to size. Next thing we found was self tapping screws that are supposed to be going into a pre-existing top frame that goes in timber. This was all explained when i first ordered so i could pre-drill and screw into timber beams but was sent ones for steel so had to repurchase these from another supplier which cost more money again.Rivets were sent were only the colour of the flashing but did not match the colour for underneath the panels themselves so cost more money again then found out the price of the rivets that are special order from bunnings are $256 for a pack of 200 and you can get the same thing from bunnings for $6.60 per pack of 100 in coloured rivets . Wow was i ripped off. Disappointing isn't it? Then wrong screws again for smaller parts to be attached as they were wrong size and wrong type , so cost more money for right ones from different supplier. The metal sheets DID NOT match together as the joints were all out of line and did not go together easily as nothing matched the way it should have and did not slip easily in at all.The metal thickness is very thin and could be easily ripped other than just bend showing lack of quality and very poorly made in all. No even a week that it has been put up and it looks like some sort of surface rust that is hard to scrape off and i thought " are you serious?" Over all dissapointed in poor quality and also the poor manufacturing process as in the end i think it was a waste of time and money and wished i went to stratco instead.
Not happy with the amount of money i paid for product that should have been a better quality

Gutter brackets assembly screws and gutter end caps were not packed and shipped with the awning. Quickbuilt would not believe us and said the missing items were packed and shipped. We had to purchase these items agains so effectively bought parts for our awning twice. Shipping was expensive at $400, barge caps were bent and damaged roof sheets were damaged during shipping appears no care was taken with the slinging.

My family purchased these in 2019. On delivery the panels were damaged. In trying to resolve these issues plus a number of other issues in relation to quality and manufacturing the business became very difficult to deal with and have put our family though hell. It disgusts me that businesses like this are not held accountable for their treatment of ordinary hard working customers.

I wouldn’t give it one star. The whole lot is a pile of rubbish. We only have 4m x 3.8m area. From the delivery fiasco to nuts missing, the roofing panels damaged, the tongue and grooves bent, the whole method of sliding panels together an impossibility. The roof is 180 degrees out. To join should have been overlapping the other way. We have built much of our house, so not stupid, but are going to dump this back in Silverdale.
