Daniela was amazing. Bent over backwards to help us and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even made us a coffee while we were filling out the paper work for our purchase.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing from Juan. He was attentive, friendly and not at all pushy. He was able to answer all questions we had and we would highly recommend him for any of your furniture purchases.

Their delivery guys are a 10 out of 10!! They were so helpful and did such a great job delivering a huge couch up a really difficult and turning flight of stairs. Most others would have refused, I'm so happy with the service.

Walked in with my wife to look at some furniture. Very friendly staff. Juan who look after us in the store was very friendly and never too pushy. Always gave us our own time to discuss and occasionally came back to check on us to see if we need help. Always provided recommendations and phone their suppliers immediately to ask if unsure about some of our request in customizing the furniture. Excellent service and cannot fault it. Have to wait 12 to 16 weeks for goods to be delivered. Will provide pictures and review on quality when received. Well done Juan! Keep up the great services to customers!

We purchased our couch from Adriatic and dealt with Daniela and Juan when we came back and they were both so lovely and understanding. They both gave us advice on styles and it didn’t feel like they were pushing for just a sale but spoke to us like real people and we ended up getting a new couch for our space! Yet to have my TV unit delivered, so this post is purely for the customer service I received from the Moorabbin store; which without any hesitation was fantastic.

Shagun went above and beyond to help. Not just with the initial sale, which was a 5 star service anyway, including no hesitation to price match an online offer. But the follow-up, and assistance with a technical glitch was very much appreciated.

I've no doubt otherwise, but fingers crossed my furniture is as great as the staff 🙂

Juan knew exactly which pieces of furniture I was referring to. Could tell me if he had them in stock for me to view and appraise. I said when I would come to the Store. He apologised that he would not be there but said Daniela would know my details and would be available to help. Exactly what happened. Made my purchase (4 chairs plus 2 recliners).
