Yesterday Eva worked this aging body and when I left, I swear, I forgot how old I was - ran 30ks, did 15ks of parkour in an abandoned building site, played 16 sets of tennis and then went for a 25k swim.
Okay, I lie. I didn't. But I did feel like I floated out of the building.

Great help and good expertise! The reception staff are lovely and helpful and there are plenty of good footrot flats books in the waiting area.
