No contest the best staff of a bottle shop in Albany, always lovely and helpful. Range is good, prices are often better than many other places, even better prices than the big Dan Murphy's in town which should be benefiting from economies of scale? If you are going to browse the spirits please note the signage on the gate.

We just received the most amazing customer service from Mark @ The Bottle-O in North Road, Albany, items ordered and delivered within a hour. Mark really went out of his way to ensure that our Client enjoyed his special day and even sent us photos of him accepting his gift.
Mark I think you could show the rest how its done. Good old fashioned customer service where nothing is a problem - you have made alot of people very happy today.
