Coles Albany (Orana)

I always enjoy a great shopping experience here. Always clean and well-stocked. Love the new trolley self-service…it’s excellent. Very friendly staff particularly the supervisor, Julie….she always cheers me up.

Friendly & courteous staff who do try & help. Great access for wheelchair & parking bays right at the door . Toilet facilities clean & easily accessed . Loads of variety in fruit & veg , dairy , meats selection terrific . Couldn't fault their clean well presented store . 10/10.

Fixed up the problems due the silly new coles' online ordering system. Went out of their way to fix a problem that wasn't their to begin with. Fantastic team effort, Coles orana.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff that always manage a smile, ask me how my day was, nothing is ever too much to ask for and it's always lovely and clean. All the ladies that do up the platters are so accommodating as to what I'd like, all my friends that I've referred have also said the same thing. Well done everyone and thank you for making my shopping experiences less stressful..☺

Clean, stocked, and super friendly, helpful staff. We tried the online pickup process and now use it as the regular way to do the weekly shop. It’s amazing how much nicer shopping with the kids is when you only have to load the boot while they’re still strapped in eating snacks.

And then you can just drive on out as if you’ve got everything under control - Super Parent style.

Relatively new store. Bright and fresh with a good range and courteous staff. Highly recommended!!

TOP Experience. I Was in line to be next . Another female pushed in front of me.click n collect. This female opens the back of her car door open when she saw an order been brought out from Coles. But I had rung up to let them know I was outside. An this female never rang she just gave her name when she saw the lady bringing the order prior before pushing in . She was in for a shock cause the sign says you must ring to let them know your in the cue. 😊😁😆😆👍.It was my Order an this female just glared at me.I thank you Coles for the pleasant Experience.

Very modern, clean and friendly staff.
If arriving in Albany towing a caravan, this is about the best place to stock up and have parking.

The new self checkout is goated

This is the first Coles we have found where long vehicle parking is provided. Excellent we were able to park a 19mtrs Big Rig and go shopping. The store was spacious and the staff friendly.

Big new modern supermarket with comfortably wide isles plus easy parking 👍.
However we were surprised by how much dearer some products were over the price of the same exact item from the Woolworths in town. Mum remarked several times how ridiculously overpriced an item was which was identical to a cheaper priced item in Woolies. Like a packet of Blueberries, $8 in Coles and $5 in Woolworths

Great service! I forgot my atm card and asked if i could put my torry on hold as i was at the checkout loaded up when i realised. I mentioned i realised when i was about to transfer some money. Joshua on till mentioned about paying through my app which i never even thought of..... saved me a trip back..... thank you 😁

Excellent variety of food, and fruit and vegetables, and other items, I don't go there very often, always an easy shopping experience, friendly and helpful staff.

Always clean, plenty of fresh fruit & veg and lots of checkout attendants and excellent range of stock. WOOLWORTHS could take note of that fact!!! ******COLES should build a store in Katanning they would do a roaring trade.
