great quailty materials, some of the best prices in geelong but by far the best for service in geelong and surrounding area, they will load you up free of charge, which over a year will save you bucket loads. you won't get that anywere else in town.

I recommend this business. They are very professional and went out of their way to help me with the supply of materials when I put up a replacement fence.
There is a fencing contractor business, that works out of the same building if you are not able to put up the fence yourself.

Be very very careful before paying these guys, they are frauds............ I tried to buy some materials from these guys but after cancelling my order after 5 mins they haven't refunded money for 2 months.

All the time they come up with same excuse that I'm not using the same card to take a refund to which I make a payment from, although I'm using the same card even I sent them a screenshot, but despite my number of attempts they refuse to refund my money.

At the end they have given any materials & nither refund my $2,200, so stay away.

Each and every word of my comment is true & I stand with it, it’s my responsibility to make community aware so that other people don't victimise this.

Your comment is full of lies; the facts are below:

- I purchased the materials and cancel with mutual understanding straight way because I was getting similar materials way cheaper than your price, if I knew that you wouldn't refund the money, I wouldn't had cancelled it.

-The payment was made through company card (debit card) not credit card over the phone / the same card is saved in my phone.

-You know well that I bring the same card which is saved in your phone & tried at least 15 times but your system is not refunding money & you are making excuses that it’s not a same card even I send you the proof that it’s a same card.

- Then you tried my all-other cards which were saved in my mobile & off Couse those are different card & you know this well enough.

-This is very low that instead of refunding my money you start laying about my business:

- Since 2020 there is no directorship changed, if you prove that’s been changed in last 6 months as you are calming in your comment, I will not ask for refund and I will donate this money to you.

I tried everything to work with you & gave you following options:

• Provide me the credit of equal amount to buy the other stuff – No reasonable supplier can deny that but you refused it / which I don’t want this anymore as I don’t trust you guys at all

• I gave you the BSB & A/C of same account from where I paid with proof to refund the money – that what you have denied as well.

Moving forward, I have lodged a complaint with my bank regarding this matter. They are currently investigating it. If the issue is not resolved by the bank within a couple of weeks, my solicitors will take further action to recover the funds. Please note that recovery charges will also apply on top of the base amount.

Our builder asked us to pick up 265 pickets he was quoted $3.95 per picket when we arrived to pick up pickets the price had gone up to $4.95 per picket we were happy to pay as there pickets were freshly cut. When the builder arrived to do the job there were only 189 pickets we had no way of proving we had only received 189 pickets we were 76 pickets short so we are out of pocket another $465 for pickets we didn’t receive. Would I go back to this timber company No ! Would I recommend them No my husband is a Vietnam veteran pensioner and $465 is a lot of money to be to pay for something we didn’t get Unhappy customer check what your getting before you leave they say ! there’s 200 pickets in a pack

Been waiting nearly over 2 months for a quote on a gate. Each time I've rang (every week) they said they have done it and will send quote in an email. Very bad customer service.
