Rent cars that they don't have!
Book a SUV and they will offer you a hatch, book an AWD and they will give you a 2WD.
Booked an AWD online and happy to pay the extra to get it rather than a 2WD. Arrived at the counter and did the paperwork and just found that the car that they were giving me was a 2WD. Told them that I am paying the extra to get a 2WD but they said that this is the only car they have. Don't trust this company as they will ruin your plans at the very last minute.
