Really happy with the service that was provided. Had an issue with a sizing of the hat as I ordered my normal 7 3/4 my normal fit. And sent a email and Matt was very helpful explaining the situation and factory stuffing up sizing got a different had the prior one I had and bought another hat and was very satisfied definitely recommend this store and definitely worth the drive and a returning customer. Matt you are the goat and knowledge as well he deserves a pay rise.

Have visited a couple of times for caps for my son and the staff were very helpful and patient both times. They also had a great range of historic NBA jerseys - many jerseys that I've never seen anywhere else in Melbourne.

The guys were really helpful today pointed me in the right direction also had good knowledge about the products and stock .

Service was really really good, everyone asked if I needed help, and were actually helpful and friendly without being pushy or invasive. Very happy 😁

I went in right before close yesterday and the two gentlemen working were absolutely sensational.
Knowledge was teams and stock was great. They were both super helpful trying to find things I may like and friendly the entire time even when they knew I wasn’t going to purchase anything.

Straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I have many hats from here. Best I bought a hat from here that had the brim made up from my friends favourite teams personal hardcourt. It was a 1 of a kind Houston rockets hat (I only wish I got there a day earlier before they sold my favourite teams 1 of a kind hardwood brim cap. If you like hats, probably go here. 👌💯

Best customer service I have ever come across in my life. While desperately seeking a cap needed within two days during this crazy time where it is near impossible as shops are all closed, this company went above and beyond to make sure I got my cap, and not just go it, it was in my hand within 16hrs! Great service and a good variety of caps on offer. I walked in with my kids hoping to pick something out however the staff were good enough to click with the young ones and sorted them out instead with proper fitting caps.
