Awesome experience tonight! Spoke to a really nice girl in the drive through, to be greeted with a smile at the pay window by the same person, then the guy who handed me the food was just as friendly and was also upbeat

Expecting to get home with to a sloppy burger or something missing, can happily say it was all perfect, burger looked as if it was off an ad, and food was hot! They even remembered my straw and sweet and sour sauce!!!!

These guys have been consistently good lately :)

Best McDonald's hands down. Will drive past multiple closer McDonald's just to get to this McDonald's, that's how good they are. The food is always fresh and hot and presented well. They have a McCafe and self service systems at front. Last time I went in, they had a dedicated staff member on to assist any customer that needed assistance using the self service machines. The service is always quick even though it always seems to be busy. The have staff clean regularly so you never have to worry about having a clean seat or your kids eating something off the floor! Restrooms are usually well kept too. Playground is well kept and is indoors making it more weather friendly in the cold Melbourne weather. Customer service is great, staff are always polite, and even serve you at your table. 10/10 would go again.

This is my local McDonalds and yes it gets busy here so at times there is a wait. The staff are doing their best and are always friendly. Food has always been fresh.

To the young ladie/s behind the counter a very big thank you for paying close attention to detail. I placed my order via the machine today and when I collected my order with my son who happened to have his birthday badge on (that I completely forgot about) I noticed the note on the bag that caught me by surprise."Happy birthday " I asked how she knew and she said "we seen the badge" for a young staff member to have taken notice and the initiative to then write on our bags means a bloody lot. You put a smile on not only my face but my 9yr olds.

Always love this McDonald's. Staff are happy and courteous to help. The store is always clean and tidy. Waiting time is usual, but for a GR8 breakfast meal it's lovely to come to this store

Went to get my coffee and meal around 6:40am today and it started getting busy, they were having some issue in the paying window so cars started piling up after me. The girl, her name was Ashkita I think, on the headset apologised politely and reassured me that my food will be fresh like I asked for. She was having trouble at first but then she got it and her customer service was amazing!

This place has always been on point for me and my family. From the morning coffee run, to the dinner rushes and late night sundaes. I have kids who don't want pickles or onions, plain double quater pounders, extra this and that, add mayo and even no lettuce and add big mac sauce blah blah blah.. and they ALWAYS get our order correct and out to us quickly. The staff is friendly too. Haven't dined in yet, but it's only a matter of time till we do.

super awesome service. my order was damaged by an uber driver and he was rude and refused to replace the order until i told him i was going to complain, so he cancelled my order without telling me it wouldnt be replaced. so i called maccas and they were super friendly, and let me know to place my order again and they would remake it for me, it came super fast within 10 minutes, with a free sundae, a lovely note and a few extra nuggets. super super awesome, thanks for turning around my night guys. :)

Was pleasant, but were only serving small orange juice size only same as Melbourne. Is this an Australia wide shortage of orange juice? Or a tactic for more profits for maccas? Hnmm

I went earlier today, was feeling pretty tired but I was pleased to see that the drive thru line was moving quickly and I was greeted with friendly employees. I was served by someone named Johann who confirmed what my order was and served me food that was fresh and of good quality, 5 out of 5

Ashwell :) you are a STAR... mum n i been served by you so many times and each time we have had nothing but great customer service. You repeat orders and make last minute changes so effortlessly and we feel less uncomfortable having to speak through the intercom. I've been to countless Maccas, but I've seen these Manor Lakes' crew so trained and efficient, whoever trained these crew should be tapped to train others, kudos!

To those kids still working when half of nation is sitting home and complains.....good job. To a guy who took my food ...shame on you, when handed meal knowing u didn't order,why to take it when u know u didn't order or pay for it. You made me wait for 30min and some kid got in trouble because of you

I asked for a Jesus Christ Super Star Burger and an Angelic boost of hope. Kind of as a joke but not really. The Lovely staff were in good spirits and we shared a brief chuckle. Bless xo

Like Macca's coffee and fries , burgers are a big NO from me , never been crazy for sugar buns , and they don't toast the buns , the CEO needs to get it right , or someone dose

I'm not from the area but have been here twice due to business and this must be one of the best run Mcdonalds I have seen. Service is on point and food is always fresh. Keep it up team!

The service was great! I loved how the guy who took my order through drive thru actually had a conversation with me. Fries and burger were fresh! Very satisfied!
