Head to this center on old Geelong road next to super cheap auto to collect my click and collect order as jb in the Pacific is temporarily closed, nice customer service and layout of the store. Ample parking outside.

Went there to pick up fingerprint bike locks and ended up buying another escooter due to the awesome price given (was the first time going here & $1404 off normal prices on this escooter was enough to buy a few more lol)

Excellent store:). Gave excellent advice and even better deal than in the store through their beat the price policy🫶. Got my new phone from there

Excellent service from Sam, she was so lovely and really knew everything we enquired about.
She was so patient while we chose exactly what type of things we wanted. She also helped us out with some cheaper deal as we brought a lot.

Received really good service today from Mon. She went above and beyond to find an item that wasn't available with them from another store and spent a good amount of time liaising with then to arrange delivery.

Awesome customer service.

Team members are often on the look out to help you find a faster way to pay so you could avoid long queues at the cashier. Some (like Gene) will also help you find what you are looking for. If there's zero stock on the shelves he will search the back of the store. If item cannot be found again, he will offer to order it from other another JB Hi-Fi branch that would have your item available, and then you can arrange for a click & collect or delivery service.

Went in to buy a laptop on black Friday... in the absolute madness of the store Matthew.C took care of us and ensured all our questions n concerns was answers and was extremely patient and helpful throughout. Really made our shopping experience worthwhile.

My 3rd Visit to the Store. I dont even visit my Local JB hi fi, as I find the managers and staff here more engaging and attentive(once you find them). Bought a new cheapo Tele today and one of their supervisor carried it all the way along to my car which was located far from store. Would recommend this outlet

I had an issue with my watch and the Manager that was on. J helped me with my problem and was extremely lovely and helpful.

Usual electronic store. You can find tvs, laptops and all sort of gadgets including video games. Good thing, they match pricing from other stores,they give a separate copy to cover gift guarantees and exchange. This helps leave gift receipt with no price but an option for them to exchange. Wonderful.
