Wow Huge Coles Supermarket. Well stocked light bright excellent customer service

I cannot say enough about the convenience that Coles in Manor Lakes Shopping Center provides me and my family. As the nearest Coles to our home, we have found it to be the perfect one-stop-shop for all of our grocery needs. The store is big enough for us to find everything we need, and we can easily avoid going elsewhere.

Not only is the store well-stocked, but the staff members are also incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciate their high spirits and their willingness to mingle with the community. It's clear that they care about their customers and go out of their way to ensure that we have a positive shopping experience.

Overall, I would rate this Coles location quite high, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Thank you to the staff at Coles in Manor Lakes Shopping Center for making our shopping experience so enjoyable! We truly appreciate all that you do.

Lovely place to shop but it is about time you taught your staff how to pack bags at the checkouts they are useless

My bank was not allowing me to put my transaction through due to a odd error on my behalf from my bank, taylah and the other lady were so patient and lonely during the process while i tried to figure out my issue.

My local store, and I like the overall collections they have. Mostly stacked shelves, except if you leave it too late close to public holidays. Otherwise still too pricey for things like baby products, which they buy at pennies and selling for 200% profits.

Hats off to the staff at Coles Manor Lakes tonight.
Coming through on the evening rush and there were people EVERYWHERE. I actually stopped in my tracks as I was getting to the checkouts when I realised the length of the queues.
Apparently they're 4 people down tonight. Yes, the lines aye huge, but they're flowing smoothly. And check the carpark - basically not a single stray trolley to be found. The team tonight are killing it and should be proud of themselves.
Stay patient, folks. And try boosting the guy at the self-serves instead of getting cranky at him. Just think, he could have called in sick too but he's doing great to pump people through to get home.

Great clean place to shop. There’s plenty of self serve soles or manned checkouts. The staff are willing to offer assistance if needed and everything from the deli to fruits n vegetables looks fresh and of good quality! Parking is pretty decent and doesn’t take forever to get a spot to park.

Staff are amazing, and place always looks good. Able to get everything I need and more.

Nice store with nice fresh produce, in-house sushi counter, coffee machine and rest all a coles is supposed to have..

Yesterday the 31st August 2021 when I had finished selecting what I needed. I went to Cash register 4 and was served by Brendan at 11.07 am.
You are very lucky to have Brendan working for you, he packed my bags perfectly, made sure they were not to heavy, greets you with a smile and a hello and wishes you a great day when your leaving.
The way he made sure everything was OK for me as I am in my 70's and I was on my own.
You should be very proud of Brendan I know I would be.

Local, generally good quality.

It has everything one would need from off the shelf meds to bakery items and fresh roti on Saturday morning.

Great service, staff are friendly and helpful, feel sorry for staff who are under the pump due to lack of staff on registers, and students from nearby schools coming in and helping them selves and staff cannot do a thing, my suggestion hire security like they have at IGA

Visited today saturday 5/5/18 young man on deli was on his own with about 6 customers waiting to be
Served he never once faulted and greeted every customer with a smile and thank you . Your company should be very proud to employ such a lovely young man ,i hope this well deserved praise is passed on to him as sometimes we only hear bad reviews ...Thanking you D torney
