Kmart Manor Lakes

This is a huge Kmart store located in a new shopping centre. It had a huge variety of items all priced quite reasonably. The staff we dealt with were very polite.

I normally don't write reviews on here but I wanted to appreciate the lovely young man at the self-serve machines today. Despite it being a busy Christmas Eve, he helped me scan my items. God bless him.

The young girl in the Christmas section (sorry didn’t get your name) on 6 October was extremely helpful. When she was unable to find what I was looking for she directed me to the correct department area. So refreshing from the usual “if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it” from so many other stores.

I am happy to see kmart in our local area. This saves time from driving all the way to Werribee Plaza as well as saves the struggle of finding parking there.
This is a big kmart (almost same size as the one in Werribee plaza), well stocked, good variety of the products. The new and large parking in Manor Lakes shopping centre makes it easy to find parking. Manor lakes shopping centre is relatively small, so there isn't too much walk inside the shopping centre to get to Kmart.
The staff is great, very polite, humble, professional and helpful.
The store is well maintained from cleaning perspective.

Love my local Kmart and the lovely young man that is always at the front to greet and help, his name is Kobie, I spoke to some other people walking out and they said the same thing that Kobie is their favorite…always had great service there.

The guy at the entrance who greets everyone and checks receipts on the way out is so friendly fantastic customer service store is clean and fast checkout

Great store with easy parking and lovely staff every time we have visited.

Beautiful experience. Very good and helpful staff. Two staff members Asia and jade they are very professional they are very hard wrking girls . They helped me to find the stuff i was looking for even though they were super busy . Thx asia and jade appericiate ur help thx

Usually stocked well as much of crowd diverts to the plaza one and it gets saved from overcrowding.. Though there's urgent need to more staff.. Bedding section needs a ramp up.. Closing hours are too early.. should be extended up until 11pm at least especially for weekends.. One big turn off is no trollies ever available to shoppers.. giving five star just because of good level of stock..

Well presented. Team members were happy to help or If were unsure of answer they would seek assistance from another team member. All team members were communicating well with each other greeted each other if they passed each other or starting shift.
Over All the morale of store and team were high and seem like a well trained team that I expect we will see great things from

I shop at Manor Lakes Kmart cos it's a lot tighter than the plaza

Went to this store first thing on Christmas Eve looking for a kids shell pool which I couldn't find so I went in search for a store assistant and located a young woman named Abby. This young lady went out of her way to help me, she went out the back in search of one as there was none on the floor. Unfortunately they ran out so she called the Sanctuary Lakes Store and they had a fair few left, so I went there to buy one. This girl was lovely to deal with and nothing was a problem, she is a credit to Kmart and should be recognized for her pleasant personality and helpfulness. I wish her the very best of luck for her future and chosen career as I am sure she will flourish. Thank you Abby :-)

Always the go to spot for our home decor, renovations and stationary items. The nearest and best shopping spot for Mambourin/Manor Lakes peeps.

Manor Lakes Kmart is the best. It has so much stock. Very friendly & helpful staff. Customer service is amazing. It’s so nice to have a Kmart so close to home. Very convenient. Thank you so much & keep up the good work :)

First day back after 4 months of lockdown. The place was truly an awe to behold. If you had asked me what if I get emotional and giddy going to kmart a few years ago. I would be telling you to go get your head checked. But today marked a changed in the right direction and only hope it continues to get back to normal. Staff were friendly and everything was stocked. 5/5 will go again.

Located in a small shopping center is usually occupied by manor Lakes residents. One of the best investment made here. Store is quite big and you can find anything that is available at other kmart stores.

Purchased a bike for my grandson for Xmas.The young sales assistant Channelle in the bike section,went above and beyond with advice on which bike to purchase.I was very impressed with her and also the young girl at the checkout...Thank you Manor Lakes Kmart......also the staff in the loading dock were bright and cheerful......
