Bunnings Hoppers Crossing

It's one of the few Bunnings which have nearly all the products in stock. I like their gardening and outdoors section particularly, they have a great collection of plants. The staff is very friendly and visible in store isles.

Awesome recent experience at Bunnings Hoppers Crossing. I had an issue with my Ryobi trimmer. Paul is a great guy and he spent around 15 mins fixing my issue and guided me to buy the right replacement parts as well. Very hard to find such people and customer service these days. This saved me a lot of time and money. This was kind of extended warranty service offered by the store 😊

The staff NAVIN extremely helpful. He is professional, and quick on the job. He is not in customer service role but he still helped me with my query. He was extremely calm when it got busy!!! He looked happy while working and productive a great work environment.I was genuinely impressed by the store's cleanliness.

Hey Google, Susan here. Last Friday I had the absolute burden from the hubby to go out and grab a lawnmower for mowing our lawns. I was absolutely mortified as typically my husband, Prince, does the "manly" chores around the house, but as he is on a boys trip in Mildura, it was up to good old Sue to handle the unkept lawn. Typically, I'd be a little bit concerned by Prince going up for a golf trip, but between Prince's assurance, and our couples counselling sessions, I trust him whole heartedly.

Anyhow, Yoseph from the lawnmower section was very kind hearted and patient with my line of questioning to decipher which Lawnmower would be appropriate for my lack of experience and knowledge in the field. Speaking of knowledge in the field, with all of these golf trips Prince has been going on, I'd hope he'd be playing in a professional tournament sooner rather than later... haha. Better that then entertaining the temptation of the young bartenders at our local pub just 5 years prior.

I was honestly just planning on getting the cheapest one, as to me, I thought all lawnmowers and grass did the same thing, and it was corporate greed that determined the pricing of these household essentials. Yoseph asked me about the type of grass I have in my back and front yard in order to determine which lawnmower was the appropriate selection for me. When I called to confirm with hubby (he can get a little bit antsy when I spend money without his permission, but he can go on boys trips with his boys whenever he feels like it), he failed to pick up the phone (again), however Yoseph had provided me with enough information to make the right decision and I felt very comfortable in making the purchase, an unusual feeling. (Not how Prince typically makes me feel when I spend a little bit "too much money", even though I look after the kids and take them to soccer and pick them up from school, even whilst our little "incident" was taking place. He always seems to be "staying back at work" or "at a conference" whenever I need him to be picking up the little ones from school. But that was in the past now, I'm really not concerned. I know a lot of people would be a little bit hesitant to let their other half go on another boys weekend, and even let them extend another week or so, but not me, I'm stronger than that.)

Thank you so much to Yoseph for making me feel so at ease during what would typically be a daunting experience for me to purchase a lawnmower all by myself, I'm glad to see good old customer service still exists in some places.

Bunnings, is a major hardware supplier in Australia. It is a one stop shop, I love it because it has everything I needed so far, from tools to materials for home maintenance. If you have any questions you can always find staff that are happy to help. I had a helpful staff assistance with finding and recommending a solution with the type of hose and fittings.
The prices I find are usually the cheapest and products are in supply.
Highly recommend this store if you need to do some handyman work.

Very large Bunnings with a huge range. Our first visit, so took us a while to find our way around. We didn't have time to explore all sections, but we will return. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large car park.

One stop shop!! Bunnings is one of the largest household hardware retailers in Australia. It has a very competitive price. From plants to Hardware’s, it has got everything. Staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very large parking space as well. I would highly recommend this place. 👍🏽

The store is well stocked and staffed, unlike another Bunnings store closer to my house. So, I never mind driving the longer distance because I'm sure to get what I need for my DIYs.

My beautiful girl Dora loves walking and browsing around Bunnings. Sniffing, getting lots of pats and seeing is fun, but the sausage sizzle is her favourite 🥰

Just wanted to commend Steve from Hardware, he helped me immensely today Sunday, in finding the right bolts for my door pull handles, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fitted well, so happy with his help and customer service, highly recommend him as a VIP to Bunnings, fantastic service from Steve 🙂

Not your typical Bunnings Warehouse no, this is one of the Rolls Royce's of the Bunnings group! If you can't find it here then it's unlikely you'll find it anywhere else but a speciality store, this is a seriously great store, five stars for your range of everyday household items.

Just went to bunnings and left near closing time. Had a young kid I believe his name was Trent serve me at the tool shop on his very first day on the job. I used a gift card and i had a difficult item to scan. He was patient, kind & very professional. We need more kids like this in the workforce with a give it a go attitude. Good job buddy keep it up!
