I picked up a lot of craft items for a friend who is creative and crafty. I tend to forget that the range is cost effective and a good selection of crafty items compared to spotlight or Dean’s Art.

Worth having a look if you are after something crafty and affordable.

I always do direct to boot,always so fast & the team members are so nice! So much easier than picking up your click and collect instore! Only took 3 mins! Would highly recommend direct to boot! 😊😊

Big thumbs up to the dude that helped me locate items in the store when it was busy (I suffer severe anxiety). I believe his name was Orlando. He took the time and effort to stop what he was doing, to help me find the stuff I needed. Thanks heaps!

Very good in price and quality @ kitchen set for my daughter. She is really happy but I spent my half day to build. I don’t know it worth or not.

Huge range of varieties and very reasonable price. Helpful staff. Must buy clothes. Parking and trolley available. once you enter in this premises, you will loss all mobile network / Signals.

It was nice to get out and browse. First retail shopping for quite some time. Happy with our purchases, customer service at the register was exceptional. A really lovely chatty young lady. Also the Covid-19 controller was so pleasant. Great service and outing all round.

Staff are helpful and polite and well mannered some days you see some customers have no patience at the checkout and the customer moaning long line k mart staff doing there job making sure every customer be patience you get to pay and go well done k mart

stock and product range is good, not a 24-hour Kmart. Parking is awesome and no problems getting one during peak times.

Everything was well organised and tidy, unlike other Kmarts I've been to. Stock levels for the items I was looking for were adequate and even though it was a bit crowded (Saturday afternoon) the buying experience was smooth.

Love shopping here great place clean store friendly stuff. I can walk in this store and buy almost everything on my list every time I go in. Only down side to store is when you ask for something to be sent from other store it took 3 months to get it. By that time I found item in another Kmart store.

As a local business operator in Werribee I found that My shopping experience at this store was one of the best.
The professional friendly efficient attitude of everyone including Anthony The Department Manager, Nicole the Store Manager , The young lady at the door & everyone at the service desk & Dispatch made me to remember this store for my future shopping for business & Personal requirements. One of the better Kmart stores I have visited. The sale items are usually worth grabbing most of the time. Clothes are hella cheap though they look like they should be full priced, for the shirts at least. The shelf items were pretty organised, this branch was less cluttered and messy than the typical Kmart. Staff appeared presentable and approachable. Self checkout actually works without too much drama. A++

Was greeted nicely at the entrance by this Asian girl and I collected my things to buy and the girl politely checked my shopping and told me to have a great day too we need more people like this ☺

Been there over 10 times in a month ( since moved to this area). The security guard always give his 100% in customer service . The store staff always busy organizing things . I will appreciate if they put more staff at register on weekends because its very busy and the self serve machines are hopeless . Keep it up !

Amazing prices. Some of the products' prices are really unbelievably cheap. Great place to find so many things. Sometimes you find stuff you never thought you wanted 🙂👍. Thumbs up for Kmart
