Teaser Manor Lakes- Now also serving Gelato

I went to teaser manor lakes and Gurneet was there. She suggests me to try lychee go and yes the drink is so refreshing. She is very quick and her customer service amazing.

After a poor initial visit, Teaser went out of their way months later to rectify my experience. The Manor Lakes store serves high quality drinks & gelato, service is friendly although staff could do with sufficient training in all processes, particularly around the app usage/ application. Overall, it is decent but I prefer the Point Cook branch for atmosphere and service.

I ordered a half-sugar super fruit tea and a 25% sugar guava oolong tea. They were made too rich and sweet. I feel like I am drinking syrup. Will not come back.

I have ordered two same drinks (macha magic) and they have made them completely different. One has too much flavor and other has no flavour at all. Customer service was bad too, the lady was kinda rude to the customers.
Definitely not coming back here. Hope this review helps other customers to make a choice.
If you can’t provide good quality tea, atleast provide good customer service (smile and greet the customer). You guys don’t have both.

We bought the mango dirt chai, and it is not that great. It's basically just kind of cold roomtemperature milk with mango popping pearls and the little flavour of mango they put in. That is all there is.
For $7.80 I could have made a better mango shake at home with fresh mangoes and popping pearls very disappointed with this place.

I have been ordering drinks from here multiple time a week since the day they opened from the regular girl that worked here, who is really lovely and she knows what I like as soon as I come in but today I ordered my usual Guava Lime oolong tea and got a watered down sour lime drink with no sugar from a new worker that I have never seen before, the drink was terrible and she needs more training or supervision longer before left alone to serve customers, she was very quite and never asked me if I wanted sugar or not or how much and assumed I wanted none.

This place is ridiculous. I was the only customer, 2 people working and it took over 10 minutes to get my order done because they were making my drinks one handed, the other hand was holding the phone so they could keep talking on it.
Other time I went, no-one knew how to troubleshoot the qr ordering system and till.

Staff needs proper trainning.
They come up with different taste everytime order mago sago go. This time they just gave me an iceblend with flavour in it.
