One of the best winery near Hobart. Good atmosphere. Food is second to none, very delicious and beautiful presentation. I love this place. Highly recommended.

A quality dining and wine/cellar door experience. We had a tasting first and sampled some quality riesling and pinot noir (42 Deg South). Then ventured to the dining room for an amazing lunch with a nice view. The waiting staff were good and had great recommendations like sharing 6 plates between four people. The mulberry rubbed wallaby was popular From The Land seciton section of the menu. Just going there for their desserts would also be an option - just amazingly well made and presented with great names: Sleeping Beauty, Checkmate and Queen Bee.

Not only has it got beautiful views and scenery, but the food and wine is amazing. We had lunch there last week & my pork belly dish was delicious. I also really like their 42’ South sparkling.
The service is also really good, they were super accommodating when we had to make last minute reservation changes due to flight delays.
I’ve visited this place a few times and have enjoyed it every time. We almost chose it as a wedding venue & after the last visit were definitely feeling regrets for not doing so.
Definitely worth a visit!

Last weekend we got married at Frogmore Creek and we still can’t believe how perfect it was. Right from the beginning, the communication with Stephanie and Hannah was very professional, welcoming and friendly. The entire planning process was a breeze, with the ease of the Frogmore Creek Wedding Booklet; the only difficult part was trying to decide which canapés and meals to pick as they all sounded delicious! We had dined at the restaurant for lunch a few times already, so we knew the food was going to be spot on either way, and it did not disappoint! All of our guests highly enjoyed the ambience and food at our wedding, including the few with dietary requirements that were carefully catered for. We highly recommend Frogmore Creek and all the staff for any event, or even casual dining. The staff have gone above and beyond to make our special day seamless and magical and it truly is a day I’ll never forget. We are very appreciative and thankful for an absolutely incredible wedding. A nice and cute restaurant with an amazing view. The restaurant offers delicious gourmet food and an excellent wine selection to complement the meal. All the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Superb environment, quite crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Food was good but the bottled wine seem more expensive than you could get from retail shops in town.

WOW - what an amazing and delightful experience. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Frogmore Creek Winery recently and was overwhelmed by such a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, engaging, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, they did not stop the entire evening and worked tirelessly to ensure the most special evening was had by all. Then the food - beautifully presented, wonderful selection of the most delicious food, absolutely faultless - well done to the chefs for providing such a memorable and superb dining experience. I could not recommend Frogmore more highly - thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Bookings available next day (during Xmas period). Great parking and access options for those with less mobility. Quite loud when fully booked (but it was Christmas with many large groups, so this didn’t help). However, the view was magical from both inside and out.🌻

Very good service. Exquisite food presentation. Portion size was small, but the timing of food was incredibly quick and the meals tasted delicious! Moreover, when an error was made with the order; a discount was automatically added to our bill.

Beautiful winery, make sure you book in advance. We had outdoor seating on a blue sky day with breezy wind, while enjoying lunch and wine 🍷 + view= perfect

My partner and I have been here twice and the food just keeps getting better. If it was divine the first time, it was heavenly the second. The quality of the food and the presentation has been consistently great. The ambience is just as perfect, and we love the architecture of the building and lay out of the restaurant. They aced it in all of those areas. Service though, the first time was amazing. Second time, we couldn’t help but felt... it’s different. Both times we walked in without any reservation for lunch. But the second time, it felt we were troublesome to the staff. Service was a bit cold and we can’t help but feel we were imposing on them. We felt sad honestly for we were made to feel that way. We really loved the food and ambience and we really didn’t want that subpar service to ruin it. So I’m giving them a 5 Star still. Service is a hit or a miss. But the food and the view is still worth it.

Beautiful winery with great views that can be enjoyed while sitting in the restaurant having some wines.

We had a cheeseboard for 2 and a flight of wine each. When you eat at the restaurant you are offered a complimentary wine tasting. Highly recommend.

A really relaxing venue to watch the sunset, while enjoying some of Tasmania’s excellent southern wines. Good food and attentive staff.

A fabulous lunch experience. Service from the team was excellent. Food looked too good to eat. We had their Sparkling and Sangovese wine, which went perfectly with the food. It was a 5 Star dining experience, and we both totally enjoyed it. Thanks to Marianna our waitress for her gracious hospitality.

I would give 6 stars if I could. We recently had an exceptional winery lunch that surpassed all expectations. The venue was stunning, offering breath taking views. The service was impeccable, the staff's friendliness added to the overall experience. The food was nothing short of extraordinary (works of art), with each dish expertly crafted to perfection.

Stunning views. We originally booked for lunch inside however seeing the views, we decided to sit outside and enjoy some cheese and crackers, bread and small eats. Would visit again and so conveniently located at 20 minutes from the city.

I cannot recommend Frogmore enough.
The food is always to die for. Presentation is impeccable always.
This winery would have to be my favourite in Richmond.
Staff are always polite, well dressed and happy to accommodate your needs.

Lovely scenery and atmosphere. Great quality food, and service. One of the best wineries for gluten free options, the staff made me feel so comfortable, and provided great alternatives for me without a fuss, including providing my partner (non GF) with the standard options, and myself with the GF alternative.

Absolutely beautiful food and wine however felt like they were a little understaffed but that’s ok, absolutely worth the visit
