Thought I had to travel to Chermside from Wynnum for my CT but Receptionist Debbie was super helpful and asked me to wait until she rang me back, she was able to arrange an appointment at the Upper Mount Gravatt clinic for me instead of the hassle of getting to Chermside. Great work Debbie!

Words cannot express how accommodating the staff were for my special needs child and his dental emergency. Not only was the radiologist kid friendly and fun but the reception team made sure we could access what we needed when we urgently needed it. Amazing and does not go unnoticed!

My experience from booking to my actual procedure was flawless. Reception were pleasant and helpful, I was adequately informed of what the scan entailed. I found that all the staff were very professional and provided the service I needed.

Number key pad options not working to talk to anyone and keeps repeating itself. How am I meant to make an appointment?

Receptionists were horrible in their attitude but the imaging staff was awesome.

To book called 1st time to, receptionist said x ray machine is broken down at Mt Gravatt branch. So they were not able to book an appointment. And then I called again to book at cherside branch. But other receptionist gave me a spot to book an appointment at Mt Gravatt branch.

Imaging staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and did the job quickly. However, customer service in terms of reception was some of the worst I have seen.

The receptionist with the pink glasses was rude and dismissive and slammed the eftpos machine down at me. Definitely not a warm welcome. Very unprofessional!
