Dollars and Sense

This place is seriously well stocked for a small-ish store. They always have EXACTLY what I need. Special mention to Sashia and the team on sat- they go above and beyond. Sashia saw me struggling with a bunch of stuff I’d brought from another store and rushed over with a plastic bag for me! I didn’t even ask. It was so thoughtful! Thankyou you wonderful lady!!!

I always loved this place but I have to give a massive shout out to Sasha and Kiani who make it so pleasant to come in and shop! Love them and the experience I have when they're working is excellent! Thank you

Fabulous service from a young man there today at the Mt Gravatt store, he spoke so professionally and was really Customer oriented. I overheard him dealing with a number of Customer enquiries and he was really engaged with each person and when he served me he was every interactive. Its sadly very seldom that you receive that kind of service today and it really stuck with me. He didn't have a name tag so I cant mention him by name but id suggest he might have been part of the Mangement team, If not he should be!!

Amazing help from a young lady over the phone. Just wish I got her name.

I am always surprised by one young male staff member who has great customer service. So helpful but not in your face with his enthusiasm. I appreciate this kind of service.

Hey hey.
A quick shop in and out. Looking for an unusual battery for roller door togal.
The size is one I had not seen before.
But dollars and cents had exactly what I needed for the job at hand.
There are more and more speciality batteries these days and it is not as easy to get them at the usual shops.
I think the place should be called dollars and dollars as there is not a lot you can get for cents anymore.
Anyway not to worry. They had exactly what I was looking for. Yay.

Absolutely horrible customer service from both sales person and store manager! There was a wrong price tag put on an item and I only realised that when I looked at the receipt. So I requested a refund and the sales person refused and told me that I should've noticed that the item description on the price tag (in small print) does not match the item!!! What a joke! Finally got my refund at the end with horrible attitude. These people really need a serious customer service training!

Worst experience of my life , and the manager even more horrible than the shop assistant . Arrogant and unhelpful. Would NEVER shop there again .
