Very friendly service in the shop as I came to pick up a cake for an event. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious! This is now the go-to cheesecake shop for us

I just came to the Browns Plain shop today to buy myself a birthday cake but accidentally dropped it on floor. The gentle staff just gave me a free cake. Appreciate your kindness and thank you very much for giving me a really happy birthday. By the way, I forgot to ask the staff's name but he was working on 11/04/2024 around 1pm. Really appreciate it!

We have been coming here for years, and never has a bad experience.

They have revamped the styling on the cakes and have a Little more variety - there are single serves of you want to stop and get a personal size snack too.

Ordered my wedding cake from the cheese cake shop, three tier mud cake. Looked amazing and everyone commented how fresh and tasty it was. The baker and shop assistant really helped in getting the type and design I wanted, as well as getting the size and quantity right.

We had lots of wonderful comments about this beautiful cake. So were so pleased we are heading back for the wedding cake. This store has been here for so many years and I'm sure it will be here for many years to come. Have had the best cakes in the world from here but have also been disappointed before (bound to happen when you've had as many cakes over the years as we have) and the staff / managers have always helped us out and never left us with a bad taste in our mouths 😉🍰 If you're here to review them poorly, id recommend getting in touch with them first, I'm sure they will help you out. Have to give you guys five stars!

I ordered an eggless black forest cake to celebrate the very special occasion of my fantastic teacher's promotion to Associate Professor. Based on my email description, the cake was exactly what I asked for. They managed to perfectly capture in high detail, the schematic diagram I sent through of our group's work with regards to a cancer detection device/ publication. The cake also tasted delicious and soft. I will be using them again to capture my first upcoming publication scheme in edible form :)

My husband surprised me with your strawberry sponge cake for my birthday. It was absolutely delicious. This is the place to shop for a cake so many choices. The service and knowledge by the staff was excellent. Thank you.

Beautiful cake, lovely people and service. Ample parking and open on the bank holiday weekend. Could of had more "2" stock but they had a great range still to choose from.

I entered the store without a mask on today, i was politely asked to put one on, which i eagerly went and got. When i came back in store she thanked me kindly, and began to ask me how i was and if she could help me with anything. She thoroughly went through all the flavours, and i decided on the Beesting torte. I've never been happier with a stores product and service. So unbelievably fresh even after being told it came out of the chiller. 100 % would recommend buying all cakes from here, worth the money !!!

Maree & Pheobe went above and beyond to help me find my cake order. Silly me had placed it with another store in another state, but that wasn't an issue for them. They gave me my cakes and said they would get the order and payment transferred to them. I felt really silly when I had realised what I had done, but they were just so warm and accommodating. Definitely recommend these ladies and this shop for any cake needs
