I come here occasionally, and it's the service that has me coming back.

I'm trans, so initially, finding girl's clothes was difficult. I remember asking for help. I was scared that I'd be judged. But instead I received very good help, and I left wearing my first set of girl's clothes.

Fast forward 6 years to now, and I still receive excellent service. I get help with anything I need. Finding bras that fit, getting new underwear, and other plus-size items.

I'm very grateful to Best & Less Grand Plaza Brown's Plains for their service.

10/10 recommend for everyone.

Wonderful choices and fantastic prices. Staff is most helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am limited in mobility and they actually have to wait on me hand and foot and they do so with a sincere smile and genuine willingness to help.

Awesome store, great variety of clothing etc. Staff are super helpful & always seem very happy. Pleasure shopping there. Keep up the good work guys

Nice staff! Thanks for bringing out the other colour bras for me from the store room. Even though it was a sales item ($4 for a convertible bra woohoo) and there are a billion things in the shop, the staff are sweet and efficient about it. Its lovely when you go into a organised shop with plenty of sales that has nice staff.

Great range, even for the bigger ladies. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The store is easy to move around and set out well, and always up to date with seasonal fashion

Staff are super friendly. Not much in variety of everyday clothes for adults, but they do have such a great variety of under garments for reasonable prices. So much better than other big chain stores.

Just the cutest baby clothes you've ever seen, oh my gosh just love that the kids clothes are quite trendy.
If I could criticise anything it would be that they were lacking size 1 boys.

I love the variety of choices for bra's and underwear here. Great bargain prices for kids wear and baby wear I love shopping here.

Had to exchange some boys clothes without a receipt as I didn't buy them. They staff were lovely and so helpfuk

Best and less is a good place to buy clothes from but I kinda wish they sealed bedsheets too.

They need to open their changing rooms it is a pain having to buy Bras and having to bring them back again just a thought Big W have their changing rooms open
