Bunnings Browns Plains

A big shout out to Sal in the plumbing section who was a fantastic help to me. Very knowledgeable, nothing was too hard basket and all with a smile. Exceptional service 👍🏼

Had perceived issues with a product purchased (Stanley trolley). Long story short, I was assisted greatly and the issue was resolved. resolved.
Shout out to James, Elle and Bernie.
Returned this morning and again found Bernie very very helpful and knowledgable. Although obviously very busy, she went above and beyond. Lady in paint department also very helpful.

Lisa from the trade desk on 23 Dec was my absolute hero. Placed a delivery for the very next day for me which saved me loads of trouble. She was super helpful and my hero for the month. Edit add: then she rang me back as she had found a way to deliver cheaper and saved me money. Lisa- you rock !!!! Best service ever at Bunnings (and I’m there A LOT)

Hi there, I bought bags of garden soil today and almost in the car park getting ready to put in my car. A young man called Connor who works for Bunnings. Browns Plains asked If I’d like him to put them in my car after he took his trolleys inside. I was most appreciative as I’ve just had knee replacement and I’ve got a dodgy back It’s good to see we’ve got some young people out there that still care about us that are getting older. I really appreciate his help. Be good if you could bring this up in a team meeting thanks very much Connor

Going to Bunnings and not getting a sausage on bread and a can of soft drink is like going to Disneyland and not looking at Mickey Mouse. If I ever win the lottery, I'm going to Bunnings to buy everything I want. If only the news agency would sell me the correct numbers.

Great place to get what you want when you want it,most staff very friendly and helpful i get most of my plants here too. Today,I needed some garden soil, going late in the day, means less traffic and much quieter.😀

This is the best Bunnings I've visited, it's absolutely huge! And I mean huge! I'm sure it has whatever you need, in fact there is too much choice which I don't suppose is a bad thing for the consumer. I went in for garden tools and couldn't make up my mind on what to buy as there was so much to choose from! The place was pretty busy but I managed to get through self checkout without queueing which was a bonus. I'll be using this Bunnings as my go to whenever I need anything DIY or garden in the future.

A very big thankyou to Mel for sorting out the issue of delivering my new oven. It was ordered through another store [and Browns Plains was the innocent third store involved in sorting this out]. Also I really appreciated her boss personally delivering it so very quickly that very morning. I hope your upper management appreciate the brilliant help you both provide to your customers. Thank you both.

Thank you to Kayla at the service desk today who assisted me. She was very busy juggling several things at once, but remained calm,friendly and very efficient.

I love this place, it's my second home!
I have completed soooo many diy projects using recycled items around my house combined with products purchased from Bunnings!
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
They even exchange or refund products if you've lost or chucked out your receipt.
There's ample car parking available.
Wheel chair access.
The cafe is refreshing if you need a break.
And thousands of products you need to do your own next diy challenge.

The best Bunnings I have been to. So many helpful staff! The Cafe was very good too! Great coffee while not excellent but the toasted banana bread was delicious as was the pie! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Would give a million stars if I could, after not understanding the real size of our car my partner had to rush home and swap cars and I was stuck alone in the car park well after closing and two amazing souls stayed with me to keep me safe. The service was also amazing when I wasn’t outside with a giant box. Lots of love to this very compassionate team♥ was too nervous to grab their names but I do really hope they get all the recognition they deserve♥♥♥

really great customer service, every staff member there was super helpful and friendly, especially the girl who answered the phone when i called, lily who served us and taj who was so generous and helped carry stuff out to the car 🙂

I had the most amazing experience today. I'm disabled and not very mobile. I also have low muscle tone, so carrying things is difficult.

I went to the warehouse to buy some flat packed boxes. I needed 12 of them. Way too heavy to carry. I asked for assistance, and a very nice man, Tristan, helped me out. He helped locate the stock, put them on a trolley, wheeled the trolley to the front, and put them in the car.

100% satisfied with the service. I will definitely keep coming back for my DIY needs.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bunnings! I'd live here if they let me! I should almost own this one, the amount of money I spend here. Great staff, I can always find what I'm looking for - and also the stuff I didn't know I wanted until I saw it!

This place is the only place to go. Bunnings anywhere.
Staff were great, helpful, happy, approachable.

I do think they need to attend to their garden and rubbish in their carkpark though. If looks messy, it appears a bit trashy looking in the car park, when I was there the other day. Maybe a one off..

My favourite store has so much choice. Helpful staff. But I always buy way more than I intended! Love plants.
