Very long wait pointless to book appointment I was there at 6pm and I was look after around 7:30 pm. Receptionist is very careless and showing more attitude and talking in her own language with some other staff member. Dr jalal is best doctor but management is very poor.

We always visit pacific medical center to visit Dr. Jalal Qamar. He is the best doctor in the centre. Centre have all varieties of services . Specifically treatment rooms and imaging services and blood tests services. Overall, it’s a best experience.

i would highly recommend the physiotherapist Maz he is extremely good at his job and been great helping my recovery after multiple surgeries.

My entire appointment was phenomenal. I came here to get my immunisations updated, and they treated me like a VIP! I was greeted immediately upon entering their doors by a lovely nurse named Carla. She was really nice and gentle, and she accompanied me from beginning to end. There was no waiting time! (Did I book ahead? Of course, I did). The treatment room was immaculate. Nurse Carla explained to me the treatment process, as well as what I could expect after receiving the vaccine (God, she was thorough!). I was nervous about needles, but Carla was incredibly calming and reassuring. She made me feel at ease the entire time. She also ensured that my records were uploaded and that I could effortlessly access them when needed. My appointment exceeded my expectations! Will I return to this place? (With nurse Carla and her amazing care.... You bet!, of course I will).

Dr.Syed Hussain is always one step ahead to treat patients he fix the problem with first appointment itself mostly, really he is experienced and amazing doctor.

Dr Jolly is nothing short of absolutely amazing, and from my experience everyone in the reception area have always been kind and helpful.

I have been coming to see Dr Hussaini for years and cannot fault him anywhere, always takes time listen and give advice along with going above and beyond to help with medical issue's and point you right direction to get better soon as well as give personal advice which makes it a pleasurable experience seeing him and also when you leaving.

The physiotherapist Mazen is second to none, I have been and tried many physiotherapist advised by specialist only having to come back to see Mazen as his expertise and attention to making patient feel involved in the recovery is one of the reasons I have recovered sooner rather then later.

The reception staff always greet you with a smile, make you feel welcomed, help you with any request and issues and are so patient even when so busy.

Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming and also helpful on providing me with information. Mazen was easy to get on with and I felt comfortable. The vibe there is awesome

I am relatively a new client to the medical centre. I am extremely pleased with Dr Naval's level of service as a practitioner. There is usually a long wait. I can now see why, as he doesn't rush you out the door with a prescription. He took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. His demeanour has really put me at ease. I highly recommend him.
