JB Hi-Fi Blacktown

I had some issues with a recently purchased DJI product and sought warranty assistance in store. I found the staff extremely responsive to my issue and I received a really professional response. I was very happy with their approach in helping me work through the potential warranty issue and they ultimately replaced the faulty components. JB HiFi are my go to tech retailer and this is one of the reasons why. Very approachable and always professional when dealing with customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this store location and their staff.

It's a HUGE Jbhifi store! Nice staff. Huge range from computers, phones, kitchen gadgets and anime and DVDs. They just have soooo many different things!

Very helpful staff that know their products. A pleasurable transaction after being informed of how to transform a card to a jb hifi voucher. The staff member took the extra time to explain things step by step. Very helpful floor staff too that are very approachable to help find items.

I’ve always had great experiences at JB HI-Fi Blacktown especially when speaking to Lawrence. Today I went in regards to Apple products which the store itself provided me with minimal insight. Lawrence guided me through the differences, specifically for what I needed it for. This is not the first time he has assisted me with my technological questions and has a range of insight!! He is the perfect depiction of what good customer service looks like & if your unsure of what to buy he is the one to help out!

This is a great place to shop and massive store. The staff were very friendly and supportive with the knowledge/informative.
Parking was easy to find and it wasn't too far away from where I live. I'm hoping for more staff at the Apple product section and reduce waiting time. Overall I had a good experience at this store. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have visited the store twice in the last few weeks and I can’t believe the Amazing service I was given by Justin, I was acknowledged immediately when I entered the store and the best thing was Justin answered all my questions, and at no stage was he Pushy, on my Second visit I asked for Justin specifically because his genuine willingness to help and yet again help me with my purchase of an iPad for my wife’s Birthday 🎁 Justin is the MAN to speak to if you want Genuine friendly service and IZZY at Payment Station was also very Genuine !! Blacktown JB HiFi is also very Tidy compared to other stores I’ve Visited

Thanks to Sales Daniel today, with the professional knowledge, it helped me to save time looking at the items and also kept the reputation of JB. One year ago, I brought a faulty new item back to the shop. I received "That’s what happens when you buy cheap" instead of an apology.

I have had the pleasure of being served by Justin.
His amazingly friendly attitude and knowledge is second to none. Not only did he help me get the right product, i felt bearely a dent in weight in my wallet when i left the store as i did walking in (Granted I have a digital wallet).
