Located in Westpoint mall Blacktown. Excellent collection of clothing and accessories for all genders and age groups. Toys and books available for kids. Reasonable prices and a wide range to choose from.

We received an online order for two small products dispatched from Blacktown Big W and delivered to Brisbane by Australia Post.

Photos show the quality but incredibly well or overly secured products by Big W plus a Returns label and delivered on time by their partner Aus Post.

Australia Post local also waited a few moments for us to open the door and take receipt of delivery.

Stock is Always available, unlike other Big w stores! Love the variety here

Always friendly and efficient service at the service counter out the back.
Security guards are friendly even though they have to deal with alot!

This place is Better lit and laid out than a Myer store

Item that I requested was easy to find after I asked a staff member in section that I could find it. No trouble in getting the item. Satisfied with the outcome.

A new release game for $67! Amazing!
With big releases like this you never find it this cheap, especially not at EB games, and even cheaper than JB HIFI!
Very surprise to see and picked it up straight away

I visited the store not long ago, specially the technology department, and must say, the service provided by Diana & Tristan was just amazing. They have been really helpful and kind in holding the product for me while I was on my way to store. Not only that, they both were so polite and humble in communicating while being professional at the same time. I don't think I have received this kind of customer service ever. I had very stressful day at work and the only relaxing & peaceful time I had on the day was while communicating to these guys in store & all the stress just went away. Thank you so much Diana & Tristan , you guys really made my day !!

Good store. Great range of products. Staff are very helpful and customers can get everyday rewards too. Concurrently located in the shopping mall with plenty of parking and eateries.

I was impressed shelf are full it's busy yet I got my pick up shop within 5 mins I liked it so much better than my local big W that from now on I am going to drive the extra 15mins to get my stuff here. Someone is doing it right and it shows here well done

I have have done shopping in this store and I have found it so easy. I like the prices. The people are friendly and am able to feel comfortable asking for help. The front people have always dealt with anything I need them to and the people helping at the self serve are nice and understanding. I like when your buying from counter they are always good for a quick chat and are always happy. The click and collect here is equally as good as I got my sons birthday stuff there and it was so easy. I love doing my kids shopping here and getting all my clothes here. There plus size range doesn't make me feel like a potato sack either. I highly recommend this big w.

Consistently a neat and tidy store with happy and cheerful staff should you need any help. We experienced exemplary service today by Mary Anne in the electrical dept, she went out of her way to find what we were looking for.
