The service at villawood is one of a kind. So helpful and patient with me especially when I didn’t know what I wanted. I was able to walk out happy and with everything I needed in the end after they took the time to listen to me and understand my needs.

Sargon was excellent to deal with. I needed t shirts on short notice and he was able to communicate effectively and get the job done in a timely manner. I went to the Villawood store this afternoon. I am a service orientated consumer. The product can be great but if the service isn’t, I shall not be a customer.
Luckily for Workscene, I was served by a young woman called Rachelle. She paid attention to what I described in my needs of GLOVES. Firstly she made me feel comfortable in that, although it was only a pair of gloves that I required, IT WAS IMPORTANT. She was far more attentive and suggestive of various products than I had expected. In the end I chose (with her help) a pair of gloves that I hope will reduce the amount of damage I am doing to my hands, at the same time as being sensitive enough to be able to actually do the job.
I commend WORKSCENE on employing her and hope the company do all it can to retain her. Due to this good initial contact I shall become a continuing customer and shall recommend the company to others.

I ordered steel blue from perth and had problem with my order. I was reached out by one of their staff member (crystal) and she offered me a free au post express return service. After I sent wrong item to work scene they dispatched me the new pair of shoes with 5 pairs of socks 😇.

I recently purchased an item from Workscene Villawood (online) that I ended up returning, there was nothing wrong with it, it just didn't fit. Long story short, although they have a great range of products and good deals, it was their aftersale & customer support that was most impressive (hey Crystal!). I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I initially came into the store to try on pants to get my correct size so I could order some new ones through work. The two girls working were phenomenal at ensuring everyone who entered the store had signed into the Service NSW app and they always kept up with how many people were in store. I asked where the specific pants I was looking for were and one of the girls took me upstairs and showed me the sizes. She then waited with me to make sure I got the right size and I was so impressed with how well everyone was working despite all the tradies lining up outside to get in, I ended up buying the pants anyway. I was the only other woman in store and considering how many big tradies were in store, I think the two girls working handled themselves very well. Great job!
