Very happy with my service and purchase. Was going to spend my money at Bing Lee and Good Guys but either didn’t have stock and was back order up to 14 days. Went into Appliance central and they had the Omegs Rangehood in stock. Paid cash and I was on my way.I was in and out of the store in less than 5 mins. Installed it today and very happy with it. I saw a TV I wanted to purchase. Called the Appliance Central team. They confirmed they had the TV in stock. I advised that I needed delivery today (Friday 27 October 2023). The lady I spoke to advised that after I purchased online, she would take my order number and schedule the delivery for my preferred date. The order was delivered on time and the delivery company was fantastic. Received regular updates and phone calls when the driver was arriving to our location next.
I will definitely be shopping with Appliance Central again.

I have ordered a LG washing machine online Wednesday and scheduled the delivery two days later Friday. Free delivery. Also I choose option to take old washing machine and installed.They sent me a message for delivery schedule confirmed. Friday they sent me other message with time frame and delivered on time.Our new machine installed and old machine taken. Excellent service and can’t expect more than this from them. Also, price is very competitive and all option was included. no one can compete.

I recommend this company. Best price and easy to order online. After going into 3 stores and being ignored I found I could get better service and price here. And free delivery, installation and old fridge taken away. The delivery was fully communicated and no fuss.

Just purchased a fridge, price was the cheapest there is for the same model! Delivery and installation, removing old fridge was very efficient and friendly! We have lots of tight corners in the house, and they managed thru them with smiles! Very happy with our purchase!!

WOW! When all the other online stores were selling the 65" Samsung TV I was after for the same price, great to find Appliance Central selling for $300 cheaper AND free delivery. I know where to check first next time!

I recently purchased a new LG OLED TV from Appliance Central. This was the first time I purchased from them but was very happy. Their range of TVs was pretty good and the price I received for my TV was very competitive. Communications was prompt, clear and professional. Delivery was delayed by 1 day but it was still quite quick (3 days from purchase) and arrived on time on the weekend as promised. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase. thank you

Saw a lot of negative feedback for this store, however, my very single purchasing experience with this store is fantastic. Bought a samsung soundbar which was on back order with a good price, shipped 4 working days later, and the delivery service was also good despite the review of the courier service is also very poor. Happy experience and willing to buy something again later if the price is good here.

I bought a Hisense TV from here which was $1k off what JB Hi-Fi had (the guy at JB even wanted to see the invoice as he couldn't believe it).

After reading the reviews on here I quickly became panicky and sceptical. Started worrying it may be used or damaged. There were a couple last minute delays with delivery which made me more nervous but it came relatively on-time, brand new and no damage.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I'm very happy with my experience and the product. Customer service and delivery guys were friendly and helpful.
