We purchased a baby monitor online through Gadget City. After receiving it, the microphone on the camera did not work. After contacting them by email, they quickly sent through a return label to send through the non working camera and replaced the camera all in under a week! Super impressed with the service and the ease. Not their fault the product wasn’t working and were so easy to deal with to get a replacement. Thank you so much guys!!

Ordered battery on line and received item surprisingly fast. Have problem in charging as I did not see a thin almost invisible film on the battery terminal to prevent short circuit at 10:10 pm. Email them and you won‘t believe that they reply immediately at that hour to tell me to remove the film before charging. Hardworking, dedicated and the best dealer I had ever deal with.

These guys are awesome. I placed an order online and accidently ordered the wrong product. I sent a message and within minutes I had a reply and this was after hours on a Friday. They told me not to stress and they would fix it. With no further contact I have been refunded the additional money I paid and the correct product is on the way. I live in Far North Queensland, over 300 km to any major centre and getting to a store to look at CB radio equipment is near impossible.

Ordered a baby monitor on Saturday afternoon. Had a notification within an hour saying it was with Aus post. Delivered within 3 business days (regional Vic) Couldn't be more impressed.

Fantastic service by the Gadget City team. On Monday I ordered an item & expressed to them that I definitely needed it within a week but with Easter only 4 days away I thought it would be virtually impossible. After speaking to a friendly staff member who advised me to place something in the notes to reflect this of which I did. I ordered the goods at 12.30 and received a confirmation email at 12.43 advising me that the order had been received. At 12.49 I received another email telling me that the items had been shipped. At around 12.00pm the very next day Tuesday the items arrived, less than 24 hours. A fantastic effort by Gadget City & Australia Post.

Have ordered a few times now and each time has been great service. Recommend this supplier. Two times despatched very promptly - one time was quickly advised of a short delay with a back order and then it was posted when they said. So thumbs up to Gadget City.

I ordered online. I needed a cord for an old model walkie in our truck. I contacted them via phone and was informed what cord would work with the older model and that they could ship same day. So helpful and prompt responses/shipping time. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Outstanding Customer Service.
It is always easy to give a high score when things go well, but the real test is when something goes wrong.
There was a problem with the initial delivery - these things happen - but what happened next was exemplary.
Matt organised a return within 20 mins of my notifying Gadget City, he returned a phone call I had made also in an extremely timely manner. When the returned item was received the correct item was sent out within 2 hours, with the result the correct item was received by myself the next day.

highly recommend these guys with great service

i bought a battery on ebay which took 3 days to arrive.
battery worked fine for a week than it stopped working.
i have emailed them about the problem and the frustration regarding the battery. within a minute they called me and sent me another battery express post.
the new battery is now working well without out a problem.
the fact they have sorted out my problem within a minute showed how great their customer service..
with other sellers it can take up to days for them to contact you to even find out what problem you have
will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others

I have purchased various items over the years from Gadget City, and have always received excellent service. But this time really impressed me. I ordered some batteries on the afternoon of 18th August 2020, They were delivered by the posty early afternoon next day 19th August. cannot get better or faster service than that.
