I have been a smoker for 42 years. I have smoked 25/50gram Winfield Red Tobacco but now Blue for the majority of that time. I would like to know why the zip lock seal on the pouch is there? 7 times out of 10 it breaks away on one side & becomes un-usable & therefore my tobacco becomes stale & I lose a bit of it through spillage. This needs to be remedied as Tobacco is now very expensive. Please look after your customers & fix this situation!

Why are the win field optimum crush sky all of a sudden changed in there flavour? After opening the butt the normal tasting original are a blue pop inside but now they are containing disgusting green pop inside. Not happy when you pay $50 for something you’ve always smoked has changed it’s flavour to be disgusting……

I have submit my order for two weeks and I have received the order invoice but did not received the order yet, always stay long time on the phone call to get any answer, not good customer care and not support the small business.
On the opposite the best customer care from Imperial tobacco and Philip Morris tobacco.

I have been placing orders every fortnight with this company for over 20 years and I haven't had such terrible customer service as I receive these days. A system glitch overcharged me, have phoned 5 times, chat etc. to obtain a credit and when I finally get through on the phone they hang up on me. 3 months and still not resolved. I'm buying from other cigarette companies.

I am running a small corner shop in NSW. I usually place cigarettes order direct from Bata. Delivery problem occurs since Bata use DHL to delivery customer stock.
I placed an order on mid Apr, and not delivered, BAT said DHL sent the stock to someone else and signed. Bata staff told me they will solve the problem.
Since the 1st delivery didn't come, so I placed another order.
AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN, ORDER NOT DELIVERED !!!!!!

Recent Delivery is so bad!!! Delay and later!!!
Sometimes lost ctn cigarettes as well!!!

Just brought a packet of rothman gold tobacco, and there is plastic mixed in with the tobacco. Not very good.
